Terrible service, long wait for mediocre(at best) food. My friend and I ordered at the same time. We were told there would be a 25-minute wait! My friend got his food at about 25 minutes; I waited another ten before mine was ready. Wingstop, please fix this location. Your employees have awful attitude and your product is seriously flawed here.

We placed an order way ahead of time, we went to the store and paid for it. They told us on the phone that it would be ready at a certain time but we literally waited for another hour when we got to the store to even get our food. It turns out that they didn’t make the food until we actually got there and paid for it. Terrible service, and waste of time when we could have went some place else to eat.

This place is ridiculous. First off, when I came in to pick up my order the girl behind the counter had the worst attitude ever. She had a frown and kept rolling her eyes. She didn’t even say hi or anything. So I tell her I’m picking up, then her friends comes in and gives them their food, ask what they want to drink in the middle of our transaction. Worst customer service ever. This place is more worried about giving their friends free food more than serving customers. This is not the first time this happened. I see this place packed with their friends all the time. Another thing, who cleans at 8:30 when you close at 10? water and soap on the floor by the fryer. We get home, we got small fries instead of the large. Fries was not seasoned whatsoever. This place is a mess. Oh btw. This place doesn’t have rolls. Maybe because they are too busy running a hang out spot and giving out free food that they are too lazy to make some decent food. I’m surprised the owner haven’t made any changes yet. I think I’ll go to the one in Oakland next time maybe they’ll have rolls.

I came to order wings from this wing stop and the customer service and food was awful. We got into the store at 920, no one took our orders until 930. When we did order our food, the person at the register was rude as f***. Then a customer after me came in, and ordered his food and asked what time do they close? The register people said 10pm, so hurry up and place your order. The customer said why are you rushing me when you don’t close for 30 mins? And the people at the register didn’t respond but you can tell they were already cleaning. But then… Our ticket order said 935pm. We didn’t get our food until 1008pm. The wait was awful but then the food was worse. You thought the food was going to be warm because it took so long. Nope, food was cold and tasted like cow crap. I wish I could rate it a 0 star. But Unilocal is a little nice.

Today yet another wrong order! This is the second time I’ve ordered from the Alameda, Blanding Wing Stop and even after having the cashier repeat my order 3 times it was still wrong when I got my order home. I even asked the cashier to please check my order when I paid for it. Still wrong! What was even more infuriating was the owner was present while my order was being packaged and it was still wrong. When I called to complain I asked to speak to the owner and she wouldn’t talk to me! Never going back. Your customer service SUCKS!!!

Absolutely love this Wingstop location on Blanding in Alameda. The employees are professional and they actually listen to you when you make special orders. I’ve gone to several Wingstop locations and I have to say that this one is one of my favorite.

My husband had a taste for some spicy Cajun wings(wangs), so we stopped in at this Wingstop since we were in the neighborhood. I can no longer handle the spicy wings due to food allergy. Thus, I opted for the lemon pepper wings. My past experience with this Wingstop wasn’t that great. Their service was slow even when I called the order in advance of the actual pickup, and told them what time I would be there. I got there and I still had to wait for about half an hour or so. The order of 75 pieces of wings was not ready.(2 stars) Fast forward to the present. Because I did a check in a few days ago, I needed to prepare a review before embarking on writing other reviews. Okay, I took a few pics of their menu boards. Lo and behold, and according to my husband, behind my back the cashier was getting irritated and pissed off. My husband explained to him that I was considering writing a review to place on Unilocal. Wow, talking about a change in attitude and being a bit more friendly, I can only speculate that he was thinking the place was going to get a bad review. I don’t know if he said anything to the food preparer as to what was going on. We sure got them wings quickly. We did not have to wait long. However, I rather not have them provide me with quick service if they are not performing the same type of service with customers who are waiting there before us. I am leaving this as a 3 star rating, which is A-OK. My husband enjoyed his wings. The lemon pepper wings were okay — some of them were flavorful and others were a tad salty and/or dry. It’s a hit or miss. Final thoughts: We’ll return when the cravings hit us and we have a yearning for them.

Wow I should’ve listened to all the reviews before I came to this location. I decided to order on the app to skip the line & so we didn’t have to wait. But boy, was I wrong. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my order. My order was already done according to the app before I got there so i thought It was going to be a quick in and out. When we got there, they haven’t even heard of my order & they were so unorganized trying to shuffle through dozens of papers from the fax. Not to mention, during those 30 minutes, they messed up on 4 other orders before us. The girl was being really nice about it & she even said she will give us a free drink & sauces since she forgot about out order. Good thing I checked everything in the bag before we left, because she forgot to give us the sauces that she said she was gonna give us. Regardless of the bad service, I love WingStop’s lemon pepper wings, seasoned fries, & their ranch!

I love wingstop. So I think the food is great off the bat. Service was decent. It was fairly packed when I went but the line went by pretty fast. Wait for food was killer though but that might have been might fault for going on an empty stomach

This by far has been the crappiest wingstop ever. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months and each time has been a horrible experience. First time: I came here just for the simple fact that I was craving some wings. We got here and right away the service was bad. It looked like a bunch of high schoolers were running this place. First of all why is the boy running out of wingstop with out a shirt on. Then the girls wanted to run out right after him, like this is not a fucking playground. We got our food 30 minutes later, ate real fast and left. Second time: We ordered online. Now usually when I order wingstop online it’s ready to go when I get there. NOPE! Not this place. Same people, acting the same way the first time, minus the boy with no shirt on. But still! There is no other place I ever get served like this. Third time: So we get there. Fine our food is ready, but the girl ringing us up I’m guessing is new. However she gave us our food and charged us, then failed to give us our drinks. When I mentioned it she was giving me one drink when I had just ordered a two combo. I noticed that she was giving me a medium drink, I mentioned that I had ordered a large drink. She was a little confused, so she had to call someone and that girl she called over told me in a really rude way, «she didn’t charge you for a large». Well that’s not my fucking fault. So I was like whatever just charge me then. So she did, it was 60cents, so I handed her a $ 1. And she gave me 30 cents back… Like seriously. Can’t even do simple math? Okay. This place needs serious help. New management, new workers and new vibes. I wish I didn’t even have to give them a star.

WRONGORDERAGAIN!!! i go here once a week. they get it wrong once a month… everytime i go back to exchange, no apologies, no credit, no service. if someone from wingstop actually reads this and cares for their business, retrain your workers! i mean i order online, it’s typed so there isn’t much room for miscommunication…

Will the owners ever read this? Probably not. So I can say this place is garbage as much as I want. It’s a real shame because whenever you get those random cravings for wing stop and you live here, this place is the only option. I advise even when you order there that you check EVERYTHING before leaving. The guy that rang me up was looking at the door EVERY2 seconds like someone was gonna do a drive by. Like I’m serious, pay effing attention. I had to ask for extra sauce which by the way was not even in there. I had to ask where my drink was, which he filled up half way. AND when I got home I asked for boneless and did they throw me a bone? Yes, they threw me 6 freaking bones when I asked for none. Like, this was my first meal of a really crappy day and the last thing I needed was for it to be wrong. I’ll never come back here. I’d rather drive to Hayward. Get your ish together.

Customer service is straight garbage. The food is hit or miss(good luck) mostly MISS. The wait is always pretty long. Although I’m sure it’s not due to the long lines. Oh but you can order online right? WRONG! Online ordering system is down.(A simple printer) Oh but you can order over the phone right? WRONGAGAIN! I called twice to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Each. I come here because its closest to my home and I get serious cravings for wings. But I’ll go to the one on Edgewater from now on or even the one by the lake if I have to. Every time I come here, the employees are always slackin off, having inappropriate conversation and putting callers on long holds or making patrons feel uncomfortable with their rude attitudes. A family of 4 were sitting by the cashier and one of the broads there kept dropping F bombs and N’s. I’m surprise mom and pop didn’t say anything. I can’t believe these people are still here. You would think that because it’s Ala-freakin-meda, where practically every store you come to, the customer service is neighborly at the very least, you would get ok service. But yeah… It’s wingstop. This place gives ALL wingstops a bad name.

I still get wings from here sometimes because they are good and I crave the fries sometimes. But the service is always horrible. I try to call ahead or order online because the wait for your food is always so long, I’d rather not spend all that time sitting around at the restaurant doing nothing. However, even that tends to backfire. One time I placed and order online. When I went to pick it up at the time it said my order would be done, the guy at the register turned around and pulled my order off the printer… my order had been placed and printed but nobody had checked the printer so it hadn’t even been seen yet. One time I called my order in and it wasn’t ready by the time I got there, so I sat and waited. I watched as other customers came and left. Finally I asked what was taking mine so long, and it had been ready and sitting there getting cold for about 20 minutes. Nobody had called my name or made any indication that my order was ready. Last night I tried to call in an order and the phone rang twice before someone picked up and hung up. No words, clearly just didn’t want to answer the phone. I waited a few minutes and tried again and it rang until I got a strange automated message asking for a code of some kind. I gave up and drove over there to place my order in person. I got there at 9:45. Their hours say they are open until Midnight, but it looked like the employees were trying to close early. They acted so miffed that a customer came in. If they were truly closing earlier than store hours a voicemail message would have helped. Or if they’d just answered their phone they could have told me they were closing early. But it really seemed like they just didn’t want anyone to come in in the last couple hours, so were ignoring the phone. Do the owners/managers just hire any random person? Do they not train them? Or pay the workers so little that they feel no motivation to do their job? Do they simply not care about their business at all and allow the service to be this bad? Consistently terrible service means you lose money… I’d go here all the time if I wasn’t positive it’d be a hassle and a crappy experience every single time. Instead I hold out as long as I can and end up going here maybe a couple times a year. The 2 stars are only because I like their wings and fries. Their service gets zero stars.

Ugh. ordered online for pick up. They forgot my fries and my cheese dip. My bf went there to pick up the food. The lady CLAIM that she called me because they ran out of original hot … she NEVER called. Cause I didn’t get any phone call at all. Don’t lie girl. Just say you forgot to call jeez. ALSO, I order ranch sauce with my order they gave me blue cheese I ask for the fries to be well done. It was soggy. Also extra seasoning on it look like there was no seasoning. Wingstop, get it together and get people’s order right. If I can give them 0 stars I would. I only came to this location cause it’s close to my home.
