Personally, each experience I have had at Crestwood has been great. The food was high quality and the service was awesome. I guess these other reviews may be a product of a few bumps in the road as a new business but I’m not sure. I would definitely suggest that every one should give it a first(or second!) try.

Yeah I read about it in the paper, not really worth it. I was honestly trying to give it a fair shake, something to be excited about but it was all hype. Conceptually the mixes sounded good, but when tasted, it was just a bunch of ingredients together, nothing had that continuity of a good taste. My wife asked for a simple sandwich, and they didn’t even give her the correct one. It took too long, for a Sunday, and it was not worth the money. I wouldnt make it a point to go back nor would it be a suggestion from anyone to go because of the allure of a deli sandwich. The reason it got 2 stars from me is that the people were friendly and it was clean. Thats about it for me

My husband and I recently visited Crestwood Deli after reading about it in the paper. It took MORE than 30 minutes to get two sandwiches — I could have gone to the store, purchased ingredients AND made the sandwiches before this place even finished burning the sub-par bread for one sandwich. To be clear, we went on a Sunday when the place was totally EMPTY. On to the flavor of the sandwiches: for $ 15 dollars we got two TINY soggy unappealing lumps of bread, meat and cheese(see photos — the sandwiches are on 7″ dinner roll plates and I used a quarter to demonstrate their minuscule size). They were like 5 inches or less(made a Subway six inch look huge). On top of that, the corned beef used in the Reuben was ice cold and amazingly the burned bread was soggy. Shame on you Crestwood Deli, this is not the kind of food that should be served to customers. I will certainly never recommend this place to anyone. CONCLUSION: Buy your own ingredients at the grocery store and make sandwiches at home!!! P. S. The chef Danny Urschel made the Reuben pictured.
