I’ll start with the good. The staff seemed nice. That’s about it. I ordered a turkey blta. This is a blt with turkey and avocado. I love avocado. They did not prepare it for me. Instead they pulled it from a pre made stack of wraps. I’m not that picky so I didn’t say anything. To my surprise, this pre made wrap did not have avocado in it and the bacon was soggy. I returned and asked that they make me a new one. The woman seemed willing but returned to tell me the turkey was not available. She offered to add the avocado to the soggy wrap and I accepted. I probably should’ve just asked for my money back. Their tag line is «beyond great salads». This implies fresh. It is anything but fresh. Never again. Never again.

Worst salad ever– very small and $ 8. Wouldn’t go back. What else is there to say? They weren’t even pleasant. First negative review.

Horrible customer service. The employee was rude and acted as if she did not want to take anyone’s order. Even frowned when asked if an order could be placed. So, I took my business elsewhere.

Excellent fresh food and smiling faces. Try the breakfast wrap with turkey sausage! Everything was very tasty and fresh, the flatbread breakfast sandwich was extra good. The staff could not have been nicer! No lie! I am a real customer waiting for a plane.

We each had a wrap. The Chicken Almond Cranberry wrap was very good. The BLT wrap is a little salty. But, overall, a healthier choice at the airport.

I see some negative ratings here and feel compelled to counter. I just had one experience so take this review as a review of my experience, not a full review of entire menu. I had a Turkey BLTA wrap(Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado) and it was just what I needed. It was made fresh(counter to another review) while I waited. The ingredients were as good or better than in a non-airport restaurant. I saved it for my flight and it was still fresh and way better than a sandwich I could have received somewhere else. Was very happy with the call. The staff was super friendly to all customers. Also efficient and organized. They were out of a couple items folks were asking for, so I’ll knock them a star for that. Price was $ 7.59 which isn’t cheap. And it wasn’t large, perfect for one meal(not as much to split unless you want a snack). I would certainly stop here again if passing through Albany. There aren’t that many options… if you want McDonalds then this place may not be for you!

This is the first negative review I’ve ever published on Unilocal and I had such high hopes for this place! I was excited to see what I thought would be a delicious, healthy food option at the airport and opted for a «make your own salad.» I am not a picky eater, but I could NOT eat more than a few bites of my salad before tossing it and grabbing lunch somewhere else. The«fresh» vegetables tasted almost fermented or chemical which was strange and completely unpalatable. Ick!

Terrible. I was waiting for a flight and was hungry, and this was one of the few restaurants in the airport(McDonalds is next door, as noted in other reviews, but I’d rather starve than eat McD’s ever again) so I took a chance on the Green Leaf. What I got was a dry, tasteless ‘Cuban Panini’ with some grilled chicken, cheese, and pico de gallo that was over $ 9. They have a very limited menu, and just about everything on the menu was weird and I tried to choose the least weird of the offerings. Plenty of behind-the-counter help, but for some reason it took over 5 minutes for them to prepare it and serve it to me even though no one else was in line. My flight into Charlotte, NC was only a couple hours and luckily I did have other food with me. Also a good thing I’m only at this airport very infrequently; I wouldn’t eat there again. Maybe I should’ve gotten one of their«Beyond Great Salads» instead, if that’s their claim to fame.

Have had many of their fresh sandwiches and enjoyed them. Fresh salad fixings are always good. Never had the wraps so can’t comment. Service is always a little slow and rarely see a smile but it’s the most healthy thing in the airport for the most part. Overall I would recommend place for food but just need some patience.

Uh. NOSTARS. We are on our way back to CA and grab a wrap to eat before going to our gate. Well I get the Thai wrap and the b.f. gets the tuna wrap… first of all they were not made fresh but were prepackaged. At first I was bummed but after dealing with the two women working there and hearing them disagree and bicker, I was glad they weren’t touching our food. So I bite into the second half of my less than mediocre wrap and I feel something obviously NOT edible… praying, I disect the bite and find a 2 inch by 1 inch piece of soggy paper that had somehow made its way it the lettuce part of the sandwich YUCK!!! I took it back up and the manager(not one of the two women) graciously gave us back all our money and apologized. I really appreciated this so maybe they do deserve the one star, but the food sucked either way! Next time, McDonalds, right next door.
