This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The women bartender here is very rude.

If it was possible I would give this zero stars! I work for tips and for the first time in my life I gave a bartender no tip! That’s how rude she was. The bloody Mary was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. Over all bad experience don’t waste your time

Love visiting Albany because I get the opportunity to eat their fabulous cheese and fruit plate. Best airport food ever!

Terrible customer service. Bartender saw me approach the nearly empty bar turned her back to me and sorted receipts. Left after a minute. Terrible

Worst attitude by a waitress ever. Hopefully she is just having a bad day and gets an adjustment before the next shift.

Sloooooooooowwwwwwwwwwww. Poor selection, especially given the wine bar moniker. You will not get what you pay for, value-wise.

This was the first place that I saw that was serving adult drinks. Had the tasty turkey club sandwich with a double vodka, which compliment the sandwich nicely. Really liked the side of fresh grapes that was served with my sandwich. I could have upgraded to waffle fries for a dollar more, but happy I did not.

Quieter place to grab a drink before a flight in the airport. Halfway decent food too.

Very limited wine list for a wine bar. Ordered the charcuterie plate, it was OK, but the butter on the bread tasted off or not real butter. Big problem was the service. The bartender, Cliff, was terrible. Rude, gruff, and not at all welcoming. A prime example of someone who shouldn’t be working in a people facing position. It wasn’t crowded yet we had to track him down for everything, he seemed to want to do anything but his job. At first I thought maybe it was us, but in speaking to several others at the bar we all felt the same way. Very unacceptable behavior. The only reason I might go back is that amenities at ALB are so limited. I gave it two stars only because it wasn’t terrible, but it was a very poor experience.

Polightly attempted to order a drink and food at the bar and the old man bartender yelled at my wife and I to «sit!» and the waitress would take care of it. Very rude, terrible customer service. We walked out and went to a different restaurant instead. Hey if you don’t like your job and feel the need to yell at your customers then you don’t deserve my bussiness. Avoid this place.

It’s a bar in an airport without many other options. I mainly give it 4-stars for existing and not for anything particularly spectacular, but my flat bread was good and they have Sam Adams on draft. Service was good, but we were the only table. The server was very upfront and told us where to sit if we wanted power.

Nice cozy spot tucked in the Albany airport. Comfy chairs, relaxing music, and good view of outside. Service is attentive and pleasant. Wine is great but pricey-like you would expect in an airport. Wish we had this in Chicago with better prices!

It is hard for me to give 4-stars to an airport restaurant. They have a captive audience, charge premium prices and expect you to be thankful for it. Hudson’s isn’t quite like that — at least not in all those categories. While expensive($ 11 for a 6oz glass of wine), they do sell local wines — which is kinda cool. You get a chance to experience the local earth which is something I really enjoy. The food is decent. I tried the cheese and fruit plate with my wine. The classical music piped through the place just fits the ambiance. If you are flush with money or time, this is actually a decent place. While the food and drink are overpriced like every other airport stop, it is quiet, well appointed with nice waitresses. It is worth a stop. If for no other reason than to regroup before/after your flight.
