I ordered two pizzas at 6:30 to be ready at 8:00 through their app. I arrived at 8:10 and waited over half an hour after being told at first they had no idea when my order would be ready then told it would be no more than eight minutes. Completely unacceptable!

I ordered a pizza for pick up. I got the pizza home and it was burnt beyond being able to eat it. The cheese was black it was so burnt so check your pizza before you leave with a To Go order

I recently talked to the store manager about my issues with staff the past several months I must say she compensated me for my troubles as well as assured me staff would be dealt with! I have to say this gave me reason to give them another try! Just shows ya if you have a bad experience with a business it’s worth it to discuss issues with management! Thanks pizza hut you restored my faith in you again!

They screw up my order ever single time I order from here. One time they brought the wrong pizza, so they had to come back again. They brought the second pizza over and it was wrong as well. How do they mess up twice in the same night? They never learn and then say they add credit to my account which also does not happen. Even when the pizza they bring is what I ordered, it is never fresh or warm. This is the worst Pizza Hut ever and I am ordering dominoes from now on because I have finally learned my lesson.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. It got here earlier than expected, and I found out why when I opened the box. The pizza was undercooked! Raw dough halfway through the pizza! Go to Domino’s instead.

Came here with the family today. We all had the lunch buffet. It was all very good except the bread sticks had sat there for a tad too long and most were not soft and moist but hard and crunchy. Service was excellent.

I give it four stars mainly cause the service has always been excellent. I usually order the wings to go and they are always super helpful and nice when I order. I am not a big fan of their pizza, but absolutely love their wings. 4 stars for service. That is big in my book.

This Pizza Hut has OK pizza just like every other Pizza Hut in the country. I give it an extra star because I’ve ordered delivery from them many times and the staff have always been delightful. Our pizza is always on time, usually early, and the delivery folks are very friendly.

Everyone has probably heard the ad on TV «…any large pizza for $ 10…», so we decided to try Pizza Hut last night. My husband phoned and ordered a large pizza — half supreme and the other half extra sauce and cheese. Because of the weather, he orded the pizza to be delivered and was told it would be about 45 minutes. When the pizza Finally arrived, not only was it cold, burned, and greesy… they didn’t add the extra cheese! And I thought the pizza place with the large $ 5 pizzas was bad! That would have been Way better than the pizza we had delivered from Pizza Hut! Never, never, never again…
