Wow… wtf? Ordered a Mexican pizza… no meat, just refried beans and a stale shell. Oh and I guess they can’t be bothered to put a smothered burrito in the correct packaging with the accompanying sauces or bother to put tomatoes on any of their supreme tacos. Dope. Good job… NOT!

It seems impossible to find friendly staff in an albany fast food establishment, let alone get the order right AND it’s hot food! This one did it right! Yes it’s taco bell, but I’m impressed with the service and that matters most!

When it comes to Taco Bell, not all are created equal. This particular location has the friendliest staff, cleanest facilities and fast service. If you are looking for some quick Mexican, give this location a shot.

Typical taco bell food. They tend to be very crowded and slow for lunch. Especially the drive thru. Sometimes I zip over here on my lunch break at work but its tough to make it there and back in half an hour along with all the traffic in that area.

I love Taco Bell. The rating is solely based on the service & experience for this TB. It’s always slow, the food frequently tastes old, and they screw up the order more the half the time. Sadly, I end up going to this TB more often b/c it’s right by my job. Ideally, I’d drive out to the Troy Taco Bell. MUCH better service, taste, and accuracy. Also, lately they’ve been charging me double for the sides of condiments I get — I questioned this and was just told by the person that she«had» to. I assume it’s for portion control/recovery, but WTF?

sigh. the only taco bell available in albany except the mall and then you get some major attitude(I have actually Always gotten attitude here but keep forgetting about it in my desperation to ingest cheap quick tacos apparently.) but this time i drove up to the first window as i was instructed, and no one came. for a few minutes. so i thought that perhaps i had not paid attention(i had just gotten out of urgent care, was somewhat out of it with a neck brace on from a severely pinched nerve) and drove up to the next window. i was informed by the young female worker drone that ‘you don’t pay here. you need to stop at the first window.’ so i told her that i was sorry but there was no one there. and she repeated herself and included ‘i only take orders here’. i said that i was Really sorry but there was no one there. and now there was someone behind me, did she want me to drive around? so she sighed Very Loudly and said FINE. and took my money and brought back my change. and then didn’t offer sauces. and when i asked she gave me Major attitude and sighed again and asked what kind i wanted. to which i replied, um… taco sauce? mild?(it is also a long john silver). more attitude. and only 2 sauce packets for my daughter’s 3 tacos and my one. and then i drove off only to discover that she forgot one of our items. now i am the one sighing loudly. and of course as both kenz and i seem to not be able to halt our craving for tvp with taco seasoning and really bad attitudes, we will go back. i need to stop expecting good service and expect BAD service so that i will be pleasantly surprised when it doesn’t suck. oh, and i don’t think it is good for kids because we have asked them to not give us those nasty cinnamon cardboard grease things and offered to pay extra for nachos in the kids meal. and hey! guess what we got??? yep. you guessed it. more attitude. and no nachos.
