Best Western-Albemarle Inn

I’ll be honest– I wasn’t expecting much of a Best Western in fairly small-​town NC. But this location exceeded my expectations hugely.
The room was of a good size, clean, and had a late refrigerator and microwave. Service was prompt and the staff was incredibly helpful. The only things that weren’t great in the room were that my hairdryer was broken (I was brought a new one) and that the shampoo/​conditioner available was All-​In-​One, which I hate.
The fitness center was small and aging but serviceable. I particularly enjoyed the weight machine they have available.
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic– I was spoiled for choice. They got bonus points for having more yogurt choices beyond strawberry and peach, given as I’m allergic to the former and can’t stand the latter.
All in all, a good experience and I would return.

A terrific experience. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, the room was clean and updated and the location of the hotel was convenient to everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay in this part of North Carolina.

This is one of my favorite properties to stay at! So much that even though my business meetings are normally in Charlotte, I will still stay at this property! The staff are so hospitable and were made for this business! They know me by name and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my stay is fabulous! I would definitely recommend staying here — it’s worth the drive from Charlotte and you will not regret it!
