Went to walk in care today because my daughter has bruised ribs and we found out her primary doctor was actually there. We tried to make an appt for that day. There was one at 1130. We made it. When Dr. Chapman found out about it she cancelled the appointment and said she wouldn’t see us. After that we wanted to get back in line for walk-​in. They made us wait until the 6 people in line to be seen. We didn’t mind waiting for the people were already there that had checked in but the made us wait for everyone that was in line too.
Over the years the service has gotten worse and worse with this place. If you can use another facility I suggest you do.
