Had an App and entrée deal with a friend. We shared boneless wings which were tasty but generic which is to be expected from the location. I ordered the robbers which were cooked well and seasoned appropriately. The sauce was delicious. It was served with a side of fries and the fries were well fries LOL. I ordered a margarita which was tasty and of adequate alcohol content. Now on to service. We had a friendly server but it was obvious that he was overworked. He was perspiring and very distraught. Again he was friendly but if it would have been sooner in his shift I’m sure you would have better service. All in all not a bad experience I would come back to this location.

I usually am not a huge fan of Applebee’s in general, and this location really illustrates why. I’ve been here 3 times because when friends or family stay at the holiday inn next door they always want to eat here. Each time I’ve been here the service has been slow, and I really got the impression our waitress just didn’t care. All the employees seemed to not care. The manager would not stop staring at my girlfriend, which was getting old. The food was the same as at every Applebee’s: frozen, mediocre, and generic. They abandoned the old appetizer sampler in favor of a crappier and more expensive version with less options. I really hope nobody wants to buy me dinner at crapplebee’s again so I can not ever go back here. Shame on you, Applebee’s.

Full of depressed and strange employees. This place should be connected to a walmart. Its very weird. Slow service and hardly had anyone check on us.

Manager doesn’t care about customer service or customer satisfaction. I like Applebee’s on the whole, but not this location. The Manager we dealt with is not customer oriented at all and couldn’t care less if he keeps or loses a customer. He has no business being a manager in this industry. You have several choices for food service. Choose a different place that actually cares about your patronage and doesn’t take you(and your hard earned money) for granted! My husband and I visited this location in the late evening of July 3, 2015. The one and only reason we decided to stop there was because the marquis sign stated that appetizers were half price during the time period we would be there. We ordered a few appetizers and a few drinks. The bartender was nice enough, but it wasn’t until the bill came that we discovered that none of our appetizers were discounted. We asked the bartender about it, and she(kind of snidely) stated that only select appetizers are half price, and immediately walked away from us. What? Why doesn’t the sign state that? Why didn’t the bartender respectfully inform us when we ordered, that the items we requested were not included in the special? I noticed the manager sitting at a table behind us chatting with one of the employees. I walked over to politely tell him that I was disappointed because the only reason we came in was because of the special on the sign, and nobody bothered to tell us until it was too late that what we ordered wasn’t included. He stated that it says«select» appetizers on some other sign somewhere. He also stated(rather flippantly) that they get that complaint a lot that the outside sign doesn’t say«select»? What?! I asked him why, if he’s gotten that complaint a lot, why hasn’t he changed the sign?(Why wouldn’t you fix what is obviously causing issues with your customers(especially since it is such an easy fix)?) I was so incensed by his attitude and what he just said, that I honestly didn’t completely listen to his response, but it was something to the effect of that he doesn’t have enough letters, or there isn’t room on the sign.(The first issue is EASILY fixed, and the second issue is untrue, because there was room on the sign to at least put«SLCT».) It just went downhill from there, he asked why I didn’t say anything to the bartender, which I already had, but no apology or resolution was obtained, he asked if I had already closed my tab, which I had, what difference does that make, then just continued to be argumentative with me, to which I obliged. I told him that he has lost a customer, and instead of trying to somehow keep me, he just kept up with the attitude(even telling me that, «you aleeady said you weren’t coming back» to which I said(kind of telling him his job), «try to MAKE me»). It wasn’t until my husband got irritated enough to say something that the Manager actually got out of his chair and prepared a gift card for $ 5(saying that’s all we would have saved anyway… without having a clue what we actually ordered). Nothing about his actions/inactions or attitude was done correctly, and the gift card should have been enough to try to actually save a customer, but HOWHARDWASTHATTOGIVEOUT A SIMPLEGIFTCARDTOTRYTORECOVER A DISSATISFIEDCUSTOMER??? It really doesn’t cost the business that much(if any) to attempt to keep a customer, whereas losing a customer and getting a bad review could cost your business plenty. It is basic business/customer service 101. This man either needs to be taught the basics of the hospitality industry, or asked to find someplace else to work. This would never, ever be tolerated at the sports bar/restaurant where I am a manager. We actually care about our customers and know that they make or break us.

Yeah this seems to be the place for the parents of loud screaming kids to come and get drunk during the daytime. So it’s basically a Chili’s but with a generic American menu listing. I do like the wonton tacos. Our waitress was condescending, she had that«I’m too good for this and your a bunch of idiots» vibe that for some reason made me peg her for a B average liberal arts student. The whole experience was pretty depressing.

My husband ate chicken at this place and became extremely ill. He went to emergency room twice and was finally hospitalized with food poisoning. He had 4 days of IV antibiotics and was sent home with 10 days of antibiotic and anti parasitic meds. We reported it to the local and state health departments and they were going to investigate. Hope they’ve cleaned up their food service but we will never take the risk to give them another chance.

Over the last four years in visiting the United States, Applebee’s have been one of my favourites, visiting their restaurants in around 20 different states during this period. First time visiting Applebee’s this year, and OMG what have they done??? Firstly we turn up to wait for a couple of minutes before any staff approached us to have us seated. The gentleman asked whether we wanted a table or a booth. The wife requested a booth, but then another front house person took over and made us feel guilty that we chose that sort of seating. The table and booth still had crumbs on it that was not sorted then and there which was disappointing. When we got the menu, it seemed very light on & not the usual menu that we accustomed ourselves to over the past. When the food came out, the meals seemed as though the size of them had reduced quite dramatically and the chicken that we both got(different types of meals) were dry and over cooked. Even the free refills were very far and few between. I remember asking Applebee’s head office a few years ago whether they would ever contemplate expanding overseas as they had an awesome thing going — now I very much doubt that I would return to any Applebee’s restaurant again.

Valentine’s Day evening — arrived about 4:00 p.m. and it was pretty crowded. The host didn’t seem to be able to hear when I asked for a high-top in the bar, rather than a booth – at my age, sliding into and out of a booth isn’t fun. He seated the couple ahead of us in the bar, but seemed to ignore my request for the same. We were greeted by our server promptly and got good service, and the food was very good. HOWEVER,(you knew there would be one, didn’t you?), I do NOT like the idea of having those electronic THINGS on the table. I don’t want to have to punch a bunch of buttons to order my dinner, I want to be able to talk to a real person and if I want/need to make modifications, I can do it directly to the server. My other gripe is that when we got to our table, there was a flyer recommending several«specials» for Valentine’s Day. Hubby opened the menu and none of the«specials» were special — they were all being offered at the same price as the regular menu. To me, the word«special» means a special price or something extra that has been done to enhance the meal — these were just«pushers» for the kitchen because they anticipated a lot of people would order them. On the whole, I was fine with our meal. This is my second review of this particular location. It’s out of the way for us, but worth the drive. On Saturdays and Sundays, it isn’t as busy as the other locations because it isn’t near residential areas. The area is more commercial, except for a few hotels nearby, and the lack of huge crowds shows it.

We arrived at 8:15 on a pretty busy Saturday night. We were immediately seated at a booth near several large parties. Angelica came by to tell us she would be right with us. Several minutes later she came by and took our order, several bowls of French Onion soup, some Breadsticks & a Caesar salad. Our food rapidly arrived and the hot food was hot! The salad was displayed well but the dressing wasn’t as flavorful as I’ve had previously at Applebee’s. Overall, great job on a busy holiday Saturday night! We’ll be back and ask for Angelica!

Came to this location with a friend that was staying at one of the hotels in this area, my baconcheese burger was good and my beer was cold. Ive been to worse locations here in town. I think this location caters to the hotel crowd that has been driving all day and just wants a safe meal.

Don’t come here, service is slow and the managers are aweful. We sang happy birthday to a co worker and he told us we were cut off and kicked out. Go somewhere else if you want to celebrate anything other than a quiet night in.

Great service. Rachel is on her game. I had the Napa chicken Portobello, substituted veggies for the potatoes. It was excellent. My sons had the BLT(acceptable) and the chicken strips, which were tasty.

It’s basically hit or miss with Applebee’s. When they get it right, it’s good. But there are times when they definitely miss it. But I guess I don’t expect too much, being that it’s just Applebee’s.

My first bad review. Didn’t even get to the food! Close to work, so I was once a frequenter for lunch, however, I met someone for lunch one day, the last day I was to ever visit the place. Unfortunately for Applebee’s as a whole, my last visit to the chain ever. 1. 20 minutes to get acknowledged with a menu or a glass of water. 2. the napkin(or whatever that was) in the tea when THAT finally arrived… 3. Indifferent staff reaction and/or lack of realization to the sheer repulsiveness of #2 Need I say more?
