Arby’s

For Fast Food, Arby’s is not bad. However, there prices are premium, so I think you should get good customer service and clean tables to choose from. Also, a manager should be attentive to the customers’ experience, especially when it’s slow.
The staff is not friendly, the temperature was freezing (that’s saying a lot because I’m always hot), and half of the empty tables were left with crumbs and papers.
For this location you would be better served at the drive-​thru.

Arby’s is pretty consistent in the way of food. Service is not the fastest you will find when you go into a fast food location. If you are in a hurry you would want to choose another fast food place. Staff never seems to be concerned with getting things out quickly.

Staff seems stressed though friendly. Advertising everywhere for new house made chips but when I ordered them just confusion from cashier then someone from back yells we don’t have any right now. So got side salad which was disappointing with rusty wilted lettuce but what do you expect at a meat place right? Didn’t offer any salad dressing and had to ask for cup to get beverage that I paid for. Did give me a fork though so that was nice. Would only return for a quick meal and would recommend the newly remodeled Wendy’s next door instead.

It was Sunday night and my family and I ordered a large meal and I eagerly awaited my roast beef and cheddar sandwich. As we waited I noticed a lady walk in and say she was given the wrong sandwich in the drive thru. She ordered a roast beef sandwich but was mistakenly given a roast beef and cheddar. I thought to myself «that was probably my sandwich». Low and behold I was right. She promptly placed the returned sandwich onto my tray. When my name was called for my food I immediately asked «is that the sandwich that was just returned?» Without emotion she said «yes». I said «Do you see anything wrong with that»? She said, «I don’t think she touched it or anything». I became very angry and decided to just take the rest of the food to my family before I lost my temper. I will never return to Arby’s anyone that cared a little would have made a new sandwich, especially on such a slow night.
