This Starbucks was so slow! I went in to order a simple Iced Coffee with classic sweetener and creamer. I waited 10 minutes for that. I had seen 5 cars pass by the drive threw and the inside was not busy. Only one person ahead of me. I asked if they forgot my order when the people behind me got their drinks first. They said oh someone is making it. So I waited. They still were making other drinks. I was about to say something again but then they had my cup. I tired it and they didn’t get it right. The customer service was horrible. They didn’t apologize for the wait. Nor did they get my drink right. A very unhappy customer. EM

My feedback about this Starbuck’s is not about the coffee drinks — which are perfectly fine — or the staff — who are perfectly lovely — but the parking lot which houses this Starbucks — which is perfectly horrid. Seriously, the engineer who designed this parking lot should be removed from the Association of Engineers or whatever body oversees the professional integrity of engineers or planners. WARNING: do not park in the spacious McDonald’s parking lot or You Will Be Towed.(Didn’t happen to us, but one very distraught woman the last time I was there). Best, if you have the time, to drive through, but it’s always packed. There are only a few parking spaces you can easily access if they are vacant, which they usually aren’t. If you need to park and go inside, just keep driving around and around the McD’s parking lot until something opens up. It’s bound to.

Welp I was gonna post this review from within the establishment sitting in a comfy distressed leather club chair but the flies were so bad, unreal actually… remember Amitaville? Also, There were several half cups of creamer sitting all around their«let’s doctor up that plain coffee station» when I asked for creamer she again poured me a half cup worth, so that I too could contribute to the utter waste… SMH The cashier was a kind lil cutie but when he rang up my order wrong and had to issue me a refund, the line behind me was growing quite irritated with the 3 others behind the counter laughing and carrying on without taking initiative to even help?!

I just got coffee next door at McDonald’s, because you closed early on me, Starbucks! Although I’d rate your coffee three stars, I’m feeling one star disappointment right now!

Convenient location. My only gripe is that the drive thru in the afternoons can be incredibly SLOW. On my last visit there were only 2 cars in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to get to the front and get my drink.

The drinks are the same as other Starbucks, the parking lot/drive thru is rough, but the physical location is wonderful(right off I-25). BUT after this last visit, I will say I am more than disgusted with the customer service. We were leaving for vacation early in the morning, and chose this location because of its proximity to the freeway, and the fact that it was supposed to be open at 5:30 am. When we arrived there, there were no lights on in the building, no cars in the parking lot. After a couple of minutes a car pulled up, a few people came out of the car, and began to walk toward the store(they were employees). We asked them if the hours posted were correct(mistakes happen, I get it. Sometimes it takes a little while for updated signs to he posted). We got a short and unprofessional response. Essentially it was: «Yeah, they’re right. We might be ready in half an hour. The Starbucks down the street is open, go there.» No apology for being tardy(showing up AFTER the store was supposed to be open), no offer to get our drinks soon, no common courtesy for customers who wanted to spend money at this store. When I asked when a manager would be in, the rude woman who answered my question about the sign said she was the manager of the location. I am appalled at the blatant lack of customer service from the«manager» and I hope that hiring parties will take better care in choosing their leaders for their crews.

Came here for a donut and blueberry scone after a disappointing lunch elsewhere. Typical Starbucks. Not much parking though, but I’ll bet I could park in the Kiva Juice parking and get in and out of Starbucks before they could get a tow truck there!

I like this location cause it’s right by I25. So you can get your coffee and be on your way in a blink of an eye. I have never been inside so idk but I like it a whole lot. It’s fast you don’t have to wait for about a decade to get your coffee. Traffic could be a pain, getting out of the location or getting in, if you don’t pay attention, you’ll miss the turn in for sure.

I’m digging this particular location because it’s only two minutes away from my final destination. After 20 minutes of dodging horrible ABQ drivers, I feel like I deserve my Black Tea Lemonade or Iced White Mocha with a lovely shot of caramel. The staff are always super pleasant and are pretty speedy when it comes to slinging out everyone’s orders. My only«blah» thing I could say is that the parking is dumb. really dumb. Barely any spots to park in and the drive-thru line is usually 15 cars deep. Don’t even attempt to park in the spots designated for Keva Juice because who ever is in the drive-thru eagerly awaiting their daily dose of caffeine, they will block you into that spot. This hasn’t happened to me, but I’ve seen it happen to several other people which makes for interesting, yet free, entertainment bright and squirrelly before work.

Super-convenient midtown location just off the freeway. If you need a coffee fix during your commute, this is as easy as it’s going to get. Yes, it’s just a Starbucks… so there isn’t much you can say other than«good coffee.» This location is particularly small inside, since it was built to mainly serve the freeway commuters, but if you’re a Starbucks fan like I am, you won’t find much fault here.

Wasn’t a great Starbucks. Very small location with a drive thru, which was typical. However, we ordered the oatmeal and they barely put any water in it. Come on, people… it’s oatmeal. Not a granola bar. It’s almost like they’ve never cooked oatmeal before and wasn’t sure what the consistency of it should be. Other than that, the drinks were typical Starbucks quality.

Just another tree in the forest– if you get me?! How about, A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Okay, just another location to grab your short, tall, grande or venti drink with a full menu line-up. The woman at the register was friendly and knowledgable.
