Well, I got a couple of gift cards for Christmas. I haven’t eaten here since I was a student at UNM, many moons ago. I can see why though. I had the bacon cheese burger with fries, premium presidente margarita, and dessert. The service started out ok but progressively slowed. It’s way too loud with fluffy light rock playing over speakers. The waiter couldn’t even hear me make my order. So for my next gift card, I’ll just hit the happy hour in the bar and go. The food was way too salty and still lacked flavor. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Try Flying Star up the street.

The food was okay, not really the best I’ve had. My food was a bit cold and wasn’t impressed with the skillet mashed potatoes. The staff was great and I’ve always had good customer service here even though their food is lacking. The two for 20 deal is actually a good buy and highly recommend.

Got to Chili’s around 1 pm for a late-​ish lunch. We were seated immediately but after never saw a server.
Each table has an I pad there I guess so one can order without talking to a human. The ipad at our table at lunch was advertising nothing but alcohol. I’m not offended by alcohol but couldn’t get to any info about food.
The manager walked by our table to apologize to another table. I’m not sure what their concerns were. As he walked by our table a 2nd time he didn’t notice that we had no silverware, beverages or menus.
We decided to move into the bar area because we needed to hurry up so we could go back to work. The person I was having lunch with asked for a manager. He cane out and apologized to us and got a server to our table right away.
From that point on the food and service was much better.

Not a huge fan of chains as a rule. I had the 10oz sirloin and sautéed shrimp combo. The steak was tough and chewy. Their new skillet mashed potatoes were really good, and their drinks are reasonable.

Chose to come here tonight out of the blue. the waitress was very friendly. got the chili cheese fries for an
seem like it took awhile for them to come out but they were hot and tasted good. i got the craft beer ribs and they basically had no flavor to them. Plus they seemed a little tough as well. she got the 6 oz sirloin and it looked like just a chunk of meat with alot of fat. Not appetizing at all. maybe this is why we don’t come here hardly at all.

Service was okay, went 8.22.14 at night, it’s usually crowded at this one, be prepared to wait a few minutes to be seated. Only thing that was weird now they have some tablet on the tables and they charge you a $ 1 when we didn’t even use that crap.

Well Chili’s on menaul, I’m sorry to say that you are no match for the Chili’s on Central. Everything there is great, especially the service. unLess you want someone to bring you your food with An Eye Roll on the side! But no worries, just to top it off, you get a non-​sincere manager come up and do absolutely nothing-(no manager skills required)!

Service was good, but the food sucked big time. I advised to not eat a hour or two before closing b/​c the food taste old & rubbery like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. It was the only place open past ten pm considering most of New Mexico shuts down at 10. Glad I don’t live here b/​c the food quality at most places were awful which is too bad b/​c NM residents are quite pleasant & friendly.

Good place to get dinner if you are crashing at the Sheraton next door late at night and don’t want to drive somewhere else.
The grilled salmon is good. The ribs are just okay — they rely too much on the sauce to give it flavor. I’m not a fan of the loaded mashed potatoes, however. The food is basically just okay, a fair pass.
They have a good variety of drinks but I like the mango and blackberry iced teas. The servers try hard for good service as well, but food takes a while to come out, so don’t come here in a rush.

Stopped here since we were staying at the Sheraton that evening, and had been driving for over 7 hours. I’m not usually big on Chili’s restaurants but the service we received here, and the food exceded my expectations. We started off with some drinks, and my boyfriend got a Presidente Margarita, and I got a dirty martini. Mine was good, but his margarita was AMAZING, it came with it’s own shaker which seriously gives you a good 4 glasses. Our server Kyle, was so helpful in helping us choose a margarita (seeing as they have about 12 to choose from). He was knowledgeable and down to earth, and we shared some good conversations. We ended up ordering a second round of margaritas, which were just as good, and were pleasantly surprised to see they were under 8 dollars a piece! We got the 2 meals for 20 dollar deal, and it was good, about what we expected. Overall, Kyle made the experience, as well as the margaritas of course.

Ended up here because every other restuarant was packed and we didn’t want to wait all night. Ordered a sangaria swirl which is a margarita with sangaria swirled in. First ones for my dad and I were weak, but the second ones were awesome. Which the first came out that good. Food was average Chilis food… I had a salad (wish they had french dressing) and dad had salmon which he said was ok.

Went here for lunch, and had an overall pleasant experience.
I needed a quick lunch fix — the server was attentive, even though it was pretty busy. :)
I had some new Chicken Quesadilla salad which was delicious! It had a yummy balsamic vinaigrette dressing… mmmmm.
It met my expectations for my quick-​fix… and was right next to my hotel.(perfect!)
