I love it here! Gas grills, nice pools, large hot tubs, fitness center, theater room, saunas, nice sized patios, high ceilings, large windows, easy access to Paseo, Coors and Alameda!

Well first off it is a nice apartment. I went in for a tour on a Sunday afternoon and the leasing consultant — Casey was more than pleasant. He was welcoming, funny and knowledgable about the place. He also was honest and took his time to show us the actually unit as well as the model unit.
Btw it’s just not any apartment, it’s advertised itself as «luxurious apartments».
Here is when it goes down hill. Casey said that there was a unit that they were working on and not exactly sure when it was becoming available and since that was the one that we were really interested, we were willing to wait and have his manager to call us back for an exact date. Guess what? 16 days have gone by, not single call back.
I called back 3 days after the initial tour, and had a «pleasure» to speak with Stephanie, who was quite the opposite of the conventional, standardized definition of «pleasant, nice, polite, pleasant, professional». Not only was she rude, bossy but also very very very lazy. She told us, oh the map is on the other side of the room and I can’t see it from here, I will call you back when I have time???
I thought, hey maybe a bad day for her or just happen to be that time of the month? we are all humans, it happens, I understand. Cant judge a person solely on a 4 minutes unpleasant, rude, bossy, unprofessional phone call.
Guess what? today, Sunday 9.7.14, I called back again. I also had a pleasure to once again spoke with Stephanie, Leasing Consultant. I thought I was dealing with, once again, an uneducated, unmannered, unprofessional, impolite, unpleasant, full of hates, unmotivated person than what one would considered themselves as a professional leasing consultant. She also stated that since there are too many people calling her a day, she cant remember or have the ability to help us or take care of business. WOW, just wow.
Now, I tell you, If she was my worker, she would have been fired on the spot since she has literally caused a lost of business in my own business. Her job is only there because of renters. We are not a renters yet, and I couldn’t imagine how horrifying, terrifying and frustrating they have to deal with, especially with someone such as Stephanie.
It is not her fault to be uneducated, unmannered, unprofessional, impolite, unpleasant, full of hates, unmotivated person… it is more of her manager’s fault for the inability to hire someone else who is… well frankly speaking, does not posses the «special attributes» that she does.
