Mediocre quality but the loss in my vote was the negative attitude from the elderly lady at the front desk.

The absolute worst in customer service. I took a suit coat in to have the sleeves let out, simple job, yes? Frustration #1 — they couldn’t even find my coat when I came to pick it up, and refused to admit that it was «lost.» Guess what the definition of «lost» is? Yeah, when you «can’t find something.» #2 — went back the following day, and the sleeves were both crooked, uneven, and of the worst possible alteration. After being berated by the counter lady, I insisted on a refund, and was then turned over to the owner of this establishment. I was offered a half refund, which I refused. I’m sorry, if your service is of an unacceptable quality, it’s a full refund. After being further admonished per my dissatisfaction by the owner, I told him to keep his refund. I will never patronize this establishment, again. Appalling.
