Great customer service and great shoe shines! Cheap prices but make sure you leave a tip. Highly recommended.

Adam Campos is the man! Great service and detail to every shoe! I’ve finally found the place that will keep my shoes fresh. And visiting and laughing with Adam doesn’t hurt either.

If you’re like me and too lazy or too incompetent to buy a medley of shoe polishes in different colors and then do all the right things to make your shoes regain their initial luster, hit this place just south of Central in the downtown area. One of the guys working here is kind of an institution at the State Capitol, where he dutifully appears day in and day out during the legislative session to make the shoes of legislators and other government workers pop. He has a great reputation there and it is well-earned. The same work he does at the Capitol he can do for you here in ABQ the rest of the year. The price is around $ 5 a pair of shoes and you can drop them off and return a day or two later to some fresh shoes, or he can shine the ones you have on in about 10 – 15 minutes. It’s well worth the expense and once you see your shoes rejuvenated, you’ll feel like the man again and walk out of the store with a bit of extra swagger in your step. As far as I can tell, the place is cash only, but you can pay upon picking up your shoes, so simply plan accordingly.

I go to this place weekly/bi-weekly for a shine! Typical barbershop banter and friendly, courteous service. They can get your shoes shinier than you can and it is only 4 dollars(be decent and leave a five spot, at least). I’d give it a 5 star rating if they had updated Playboys! Lol
