I was interested in a Japanese Steakhouse and saw this while I was driving. The service was ok and the«show» was subpar. The thing that got my interest was the chef was a woman, where I’m used to the men cooking in front of you. The chef did her usual thing and then it started to change. Usually when the cook cleans the flat top they use a scraper and a towel. She used the scraper with no towel and used the spatula to wipe the scraper and then go back to cooking without cleaning the spatula and the fork that is being used to cook in front of you. So I was nice enough to give it 2 stars.
