Pricey, but duh… there ain’t a lobster for a thousand miles. The lobster Mac and cheese sounds weird but is delicious. The vegetables are all well prepared, not like a chain. Nice beer selection, but only four on draught. Thinking of relocating to this area of town and this place adds to the pluses. Having eaten fresh lobster in Maine gas stations can’t be beat, but if you got that craving this is second best. This location is nice for dates, family outings, maybe even a meeting. I thought the staff was top notch. Hard to sell a lobster to a New Mexican, but let me tell you – they’re missing out by not coming here.

Service and drinks are excellent. The place is about 3.5 stars but I’ll give them 4. Laura was fantastic as our server. The food is acceptable but not stellar. The top shelf Long Island iced tea and Lobsterita were very good. Then, we split a Caesar salad before splitting an Admiral’s Feast with shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder. Caesar was tasty. The shrimp, scallops and flounder were good but avoid the clam strips, your felines will enjoy the doggie bag filled with the clam strips. Tartar sauce needs help. Shrimp cocktail sauce is ok. Be sure to ask for butter to put on the biscuits and broccoli. In all, it was ok. The service made the experience worthwhile, strong drinks helped too. The manager came by and made sure we were happy. I mentioned the good and the bad. She gave us free dessert. Nice job Red Lobster, 3 stars to 4 stars for that!

Bartender is legit and is well trained. Staff is friendly and more than respectful. Wait times seem a little unreasonable but worth it. Convenient location. Clean and classy bathrooms. Great overall clientele. Nothing else to say.

Don’t order the crab legs. We got the scraps small legs and portions. The table next to us got triple the size of our legs and portion.

The fish tacos were surprisingly delicious! Some of the best I’ve had, no joke. They were made with corn tortillas and had all the right fixings. It’s an odd strip mall location, but it looked like any other Red Lobster inside. We saw management interact with staff and were pleased with the mutual respect displayed by all. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and responsive. Happy workers = happy customers!

We got a gift card from one of my coworkers and since we didn’t have kids we decided to go have a cheap/free meal. I’ve been going to this Red Lobster for the last 20 years or so and it’s very consistent. The wait time was very short considering it was a weekend evening and Chong did a great job keeping our drinks full. The food was prepared and cooked as expected. If you’ve ever been to any Red Lobster you should know what to expect here so I’m not going to go into great detail. I will say they have some massive drinks(alota colada and I believe they have a similarly sized margarita) if you enjoy that sort of thing.

First off, from a server to another server, you should request Elisha as your server. She was great. When you walk into Red Lobster you know what you’re going to get — Good, but not excellent food, and decent service. My experience today was better than I had pictured. As I mentioned, service was great. The food was good as well. My girlfriend had the crab legs, and I had the peppercorn steak with a shrimp skewer. The portions on the plate were huge! You definitely get a good amount for what you’re going to pay. The only complaint I have is overseasoning. The fries that came with the crab legs were WAY too salted. The salt reminded me of wendys or mcdonalds. And my steak was a little over seasoned too, but I expected it considering the peppercorn steak is seasoned with spicy seasoning from what I could tell. Overall, a good experience, I will be back.

Nice but not great, good food, decent service. The menù is not really big but gives you enough choice.

Do not take your children! We waited over forty five minutes to be served, then it took over twenty minutes to bring the check… Even after we complained to the manager. We had to go home because it took so long and we had to go home due to out child. I will not return until the management changes.

It’s reliable, and I’m a sucker for butter and garlic. So… it works. Service has always been good. The new crab cakes are very good, and the crab bake was awesome.

Excellent meal! Nick was a great waiter. CAUTION: the bill had recommended tip amounts computed on the total bill including Sales Tax Vs. just the cost of the meal. Excellent!

This was my first time EVER eating at a Red Lobster. My in-laws came into town from Dallas, and out of all the New Mexican restaurants here, they decided Red Lobster. Go figure. Anyways, it wasn’t busy and we were seated promptly. I’ve always heard about the cheddar Bay biscuits. I was excited about getting them. I was not disappointed. They came warm to the table and they were«cross your eyes» good. Now I need the recipe ASAP. I ordered the fish and chips. I was expecting a few small fish fillets and fries. When it came to the table, the fillet was huge!!! But as I delved into it, it was mainly batter. A little disappointing, but there was still enough fish. My husband ordered the ultimate feast and dang, was it ultimate. It looked like it had every sea animal on his plate. Our server was Jasmine and she was one of the best servers we ever had. She checked on us periodically and made sure our glasses were full with drinks. She was very upbeat and very helpful. Overall, it was a great first experience. Great customer service and good food.

Poor red lobster. Good enough food. Great server, Sam. Sam, you should go work at a nicer place. You should be making a few hundred a night somewhere. The wait situation here makes you so grumpy and they won’t take resos. **also, I hope you guys work on that little problem. I know it happens but I won’t want to go back.

Red Lobster Disaster should be the title! I have been living in the land of enchantment for about 12 years now but this is the 1st time I actually HAVE to write a complaint on a restaurant, granted it is a chain and I should have lowered my expectations more than I already had I guess! Anyway, I was with my wife and 4 friends of mine that day, the service was ok considering they were busy, my main problem was with the food AND the management. When I order a steak MR(which I repeated twice just to make sure) I am expecting to get it cook the right temp. Hell I am not a chef by all mean by I know how to cook a steak MR without studying at the culinary school for it, so when I go to a restaurant and I am willing to pay almost $ 35 for a surf and turf meal I believe my steak should be prepped the temp. I ordered… Well that would be in a perfect world I guess cuz when the food finally came my steak was WD… I repeat WD!!! I showed the meat to my wife and friends just to make sure I was not hallucinating. I sent it back of course and I was frustrated, was I wrong to hope for an apology? Instead I got the evil eye from the manager making rounds, I have been in the food industry for over 20 years and let me tell you what… In all of the places I have worked, if a manager was caught acting this way he would be fired on the spot! Anyway, here comes back my steak and this time it came back RAW or blue like we call it in restaurant terms. I again showed my steak to everybody just to make sure and then asked a to go box and figured I would cook it myself… We never were offered any type of consolation to make the painful experience go away, then again with that type of manager, I was not expecting it either! I felt duped and left angry and Hungry(I guess Hangry would be the word nowadays) after still having to pay the whole amount of my untouched meal which I would have to fix later!!! Bottom line, I will never go back there as long as the Owner does not face the music and make amends to me, my wife and my friends present that day! Oh and best part of being my own boss now, is that I am in contact with a LOT of people in Albuquerque.

Food tasted excellent. Started with the Caesar Salad. Then had the Lobster tail, shrimp and the scallops. Everything was wood grilled. I haven’t been to a red lobster for 10 years. Definitely a huge chain from what I remember. Finished with the Key Lime Pie. Excellent Service and Friendly Staff!

The food tasted good except for the salmon and crap thingy. It tastes salted to me. I love the white wine breads and mussels. It tastes wonderful, and absolutely perfect. The service was friendly. He was nice and great at what he supposes to do. It was a nice experience at red lobster. It was also my first time at the red lobster.

Love the chain, hate the wait! Oh well, you do that when the other option is a 1.5 hour wait anywhere else. My plate was really good; the other(3) at the table, looked a little skimpy and wilted. Great service; even had a dessert(try the apple crostada) that was really yummy! Will go back I’m sure — am hoping they’ll do something about their waiting area one of these years. V/r, Casey Burnsed

I ate here tonight for dinner with my husband and inlaws. Three of us ordered the crab legs and my husband ordered the ultimate feast. Our server was polite and attentive. However the kitchen staff and the food runners were not as on key. My mother-in-law and I received our food ten minutes before my husband and father-in-law. I had asked for french fries for my side and I only got about ten. We asked for ketchup and extra lemons. Another ten minutes passed and we got them along with the other two meals. Thw food was good and so was our server. However, I wish our food would have arrived at the same time.
