First of all, if I could give this location negative 1,000 stars I would. This used to be such a great location, until a snotty, uneducated broad started working here. Yes, you heard me right. I had just flew in from Austin, TX, picked up my car, and decided to stop here for a caramel frappucino and a blueberry scone. Although I needed to make a pit stop to the bathroom before ordering. Well, to my luck I pull on the bathroom handle and it appears as though someone’s already using the men’s bathroom so I patiently wait outside. To my surprise, a barista with greasy blonde hair yells out, «You are going to be purchasing something right?! We can’t just have random people using our bathroom with their drugs. Wtf?! You trailer trashy BITCH. Then proceeds to tell a customer(Loudly) of how individuals think they can just come in here and use the bathroom as freely as they want with their drugs. Be reminded that this could be a potential lawsuit for making false accusations and treating your customers like this, so don’t be surprised if I see you in court. I don’t know what was crawling underneath this bitchy baristas skirt, but she has some major issues. I’ll be sure to call Southwest Landfill to come pick up the rest of their trash. Stay classy!

I always thought that Starbucks had the best customer service UNTIL I visited this spot. After standing at the counter waiting patiently for my sandwich, I finally realized that I was never going to get my food. Sophie seemed to have forgotten about my order. Her and the other staff were too busy making fun of the customer that just walked out the door. I was visibly annoyed when I was finally given my sandwich and I was made to feel like I was the one inconveniencing her. Definitely, new management needed!!!

This location has he worst customer service I’ve experienced. I waited in line to order when I got to the front of the line woman took my order I was paying with my phone so she told me to scan then walked away and never came back I waited for a bit for a receipt and had to ask someone else for it. When I got my drink it was all wrong and had to wait again in line to get the correct drink. They then made it wrong a second time.

This Starbucks was hopping. There were lots of young, good looking folks at the Starbucks, so, if you’re looking for a sober, caffeine-riddled pickup spot in ABQ, start here. It’s right next to the mall, so you can walk to it easily as you decide what you need to blow your money on. I got a tall black coffee, if you were wondering, and drank it on the couch at J. Crew while the lady tried on clothes, thank you very much.

The hours posted on Unilocal are incorrect for this store. Correct hours are Mon-Wed open till 9:30, Thurs-Sun 10:00pm. Annoying to discover this after navigating the parking lot.

This Is actually my favorite Starbucks in town. Lots of room to sit and do homework or read doesn’t get too loud inside. The staff and management are also very polite and fast at making your drinks. I tend to stop at this location even if it’s a little out of the way.

Nice place, good coffee, clean Spent hours here for 2 weeks straight when studying for my boards. Always remained fairly quiet(not library quiet, but not football stadium loud) There are however strange people that show up — I am not sure if there is a homeless person that shows up daily, or a really wealthy business man who now renounces societies hygiene rules Either way, good place for coffee and nice staff

I’m here working due to the fact that I could not get into my office this morning. LOL Luckily Starbucks offers get space and energy to get work done, and people watching is always fun. Thank Starbucks.

As usual awesome staff but this place is a madhouse. Impossible to park here. There’s other much better location than this with better seating and not so crowded. Who wants to fight for parking when you need coffee.

The workers roll their eyes at customers, repeat back what they say in an obnoxious taunting tone when the customer leaves and are extremely poor at customer service. I had to leave once I had witnessed enough negativity. I have never been to a Starbucks like this. I can’t believe the rude workers. Makes Starbucks look awful.

Great starbucks! I’ve come here so many times to study and I can’t remember a time when my drink hasn’t been made well. The barista was so kind, picked up on how I asked for slight changes in my iced coffee, and then made it that way(pumps of syrup and milk included) without me asking for every refill, free of charge! Parking can be difficult but aside from that I highly recommend!

I live nearby, ran outta coffee, got a cup of tall Gold Coast roast here but i spilled the whole cup because I didn’t put the cap on after pouring milk at home. Yeah, I’m rolling my eyes at myself. Changed clothes and went to lunch w/friends. I came back here cuz I need my caffeine fix, told the staff my silly spill and she did not charge me for 2nd cup though it didn’t happen in the store. Thanks!

Came here on our way out after a snowstorm and my sausage sandwich was freezing cold and I didn’t know it until I got to the car. Isn’t there like a universal button to reheat their products. Threw the sandwich out the window, what a waste

We went to this one for my mom was going to wait here while I ran across the street to Target for a gift card. I came back and there was this really cute guy… and I attempted to sneak a photo of him. Unfortunately I didn’t think to silence my phone, so he heard it and looked straight at me. Didn’t say anything as I was leaving with my mom. I’ve never done that before! :) Anyhow, the Starbucks itself was like any other Starbucks. Crowded but ok. In Portland, I rarely go to Starbucks but my parents love it so I frequent it more in ABQ.

Out of town stop. We normally go to coors for our Starbucks departure drinks but we thought with the busy ABQ uptown Starbucks they’d have good baristas working there who know a thing or two about making a perfect frappé/latte. As we walked in to place our order I noticed the entire staff had the ‘i’d be anywhere but here facial expressions tatted onto their pouted faces. While waiting for our drinks I look for assistance in acquiring a hazelnut syrup that didn’t seem to appear behind the counter so I thought that it would be okay to take a look at one of the syrups. I place it back down and return to the front of the store and one of the baristas shouted from across the store«sir! Do not go behind the counter! That is our personal stock of syrups and you cannot touch them!» I know I’m not a child but was that really necessary? I don’t know if it was the color of my skin or if he was in a bad mood but he was rude. We received our drinks and they did not taste good. Our order was pretty simple too! For a semi high-end outdoor shopping center, these workers clearly did not belong at this location. I’m sorry if they had a bad day or what ever personal issues they had– leave it outside of the working environment.

This is a nice starbucks location. It is cozy, comfy and busy. It is not the best place to study but it is not a bad place to hang out and sit to talk to your friends at all. Sometimes the crew that work there are too busy and they forget to be polite. They could get pretty rude and would never one crack a smile which sucks. Parking could be a pain in the behind too. Unless you plan to shop around, then it prob is better not to go there and study or chill.

Apparently my barista was having a bad day. Well, she’s the root of the bad taste in my mouth for the day. Talk about paying it forward. Service with a smile was not at the top of her list. I have been a gold card member since 2008. I am a creature of habit and have ordered the same drink forever. It was a busy day and perhaps the girl at the register didn’t write my drink down right… Regardless it doesn’t matter. I ordered 2 drinks(exactly the same), and 2 food items. Since I paid with my rewards card I didn’t get a receipt because I can see my balance on my app. When I got my drink I noticed it didn’t say vanilla on the side. I asked her if she had put vanilla in it. She said no. I told her that I should have been with vanilla and her nicely if she could quickly put it in. She made a face and asked me to see my receipt!!! ~what!~ «Uh, no I didn’t have it printed because I paid with my gold member card», I said. She rolled her eyes and replied«make sure they get it at the register because that costs more». I know that… I just mentioned that I’m a gold member. …hello!?? Just shut up and smile say you are sorry for the confusion and put the vanilla in my cup. It’s vanilla syrup, not caviar. In the end, like a 3 huffing miffed year old, she put 2 pumps(not the 3 that a grande should get) into my coffees and slapped the unstirred cups on the counter at me. I drink coffee t this location around 2x a week. And normally have a happy experience. Should I get another experience with this same barista I will be reviewing again with names listed. Soft skills and service in the workplace are often 80% of success in a business, don’t forget that.
