If you love tea this is the place for you. The choices in tea is amazing. The staff is very helpful and always has some great suggestions for blending different teas to make new drinks. One warning it can be expensive very fast but it is well worth it.

Good things first! I love their omnipresent tea samplers outside their stores. Another relatively recent improvement is that u can use your Starbucks app to make payments and earn rewards at their stores as they have a common owner now. Their location in ABQ uptown is great with a nice crowd mix and cool brands around. After settling with the awesome samples for many months, we decided to get a real drink from them — unfortunately the success rate had been dismal! While every sample of the maharaja chai(blended with samurai chai) we’ve had from the sampling cans tasted perfect, EVERY drink(we gave them at least 7 – 8 chances by now!) we bought after walking in to the store was at best mediocre! And that was after paying 6 bucks for a single drink. May be the next time I should just pay for the drink, get the cup and ask them that I’ll just fill it up from their sampler jar at the door! So my sincere advise to you tea drinkers — stay outside the store and enjoy the samples!!!

Increased their store made iced tea by two dollars a cup? Come on over 5 dollars for the lowest grade tea they sell? At some point things get ridiculous a 2 dollar jump is past that point.

Love their teas but they are a little out of my price range. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. It’s a once a year or so treat for me to pick up some teas here. I am a big fan but maybe I’ll actually be able to afford their prices when I get a pay raise! Ha!

Nice variety of accessories, nice variety of teas and are the PROUD of them all. I love that they offer samples of any tea you want to try. They do have a tea of the day which is also nice. Their prices are over the top. I enjoyed the experience despite the cramped environment and aloof staff. The teas I purchased are those which you can get 2 – 3 brews out of a serving, which is most likely why they cost a bit more. I will continue my search for a place who offers the full experience. Friendly service, affordable prices, quality loose tea. I would love one of those little cast iron pots w diffuser but they were VERY expensive there so I had to pass.

Teavana is great. The tea is delicious. The staff are very friendly. You can have a free sample of any tea featured on the floor. The store is quite small and it’s hard to move in there but otherwise it’s an amazing store. If you are not the type of person to make tea, you can walk in and order a hot or iced tea to go. Definitely stop by. Even if your not a tea fan, you’ll find a tea you’ll fall in love with.

The tea here is amazing! I received some initially as a gift and went immediately back to the store to pick up more. I loved that I could sample so many flavors! I’m surprised to see that there are reviews not liking the staff, because everyone I encountered was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend stopping by this place if you are a tea lover like me!

Cute place with a selection of teas and vessels that would suit the average drinker, which I am. However prices are high, likely due to the location at Uptown. Everything seems more expensive in that place! The staff we encountered seemed put off when I asked for prices. $ 10 for two ounces of tea? That’s approximately two cups brewed. When I asked for a specific blend, the gentleman had no Idea what I was talking about. Found it myself after browsing, and the employee confirmed after wafting the lid in my face. Don’t touch the canisters people! Will go back to Hadley Teas for a more customer oriented experience and reasonable pricing for my tea drinking needs.

Love this place they have a great selection of tea with so much flavor. Teas is really pricey but well worth it. After trying this place a few times I’m now a regular and come a few times a month to stock up on tea. Great place to try something new.

everything’s very pricey + many of the teas have artificial flavoring, which is not at all obvious(i didn’t figure this out until i read the entire ingredients label). not that i’m anti-artificial flavoring, but the teas i’ve tried taste chemically to me. for reference: i’ve bought herbal + rooibos teas here. i recommend NM Tea Company if you want teas without artificial flavoring.

This is a new store in the ABQ uptown mall. It’s on the main road. It’s a super cute, bright, and friendly store, with lots of beautiful teapots and assessors. They have some nice tea choices to boot. It’s a chain, so I am not as hip on it, as I would be about a local store,(which ABQ does have.) But, if your in the Uptown mall, it’s a cute store.
