Starbucks

For every Starbucks I come to, there is a reason I go there. This one is it’s right by Gordman’s (my favorite store in Albuquerque) and it has a drive-​thru. It is also near a lot of things so when I am out doing errands I will stop by here for a cup of coffee.
Lately I have actually been getting out and getting my coffee and when I come into this Starbucks, sometimes it is not as clean as other Starbucks in the area. Just the usual, crumbs on tables, sticky milk/​sugar/​straw bar. However I still enjoy coming here. Before they opened up the drive thru Starbucks across from Cottonwood mall, I would drive an extra 5 minutes to this Starbucks just for the drive thru but now that the one across from the mall is open I only come here when I am in the vicinity.
Other than that, the service has been great. I have been to some pretty crappy Starbucks drive thru’s where they take too long and mess up your order. I have never had this experience here so I would recommend it as a pit coffee-​stop. I guess I would just keep the common area a little cleaner so it feels more welcoming :)

Coffee And food is consistent here but every time I cone here in the morning it’s very busy and almost a 20 min wait. Came in the pm and only 2 cars here and still took 10 min.

My number one favorite thing about going to this Starbucks location is how awesome the morning staff are! I can’t name names because I love them all. They are friendly, funny and always happy to see me. Maybe not just me but I like to think that way.
The store is always clean and has a great vibe once you enter. I always order the same three items and each time was made to perfection. I do love me some Caramel Macchiato made my way. Of course. Thanks morning and weekend staff.

Customer service needs improvement inside store and drive –up. Coffee and Pastries consistently delicious. Located near shopping —

We come to this Starbucks way too often… sometimes multiple times per day… so I feel like I am in a pretty good position to review this location. Every staff I have encountered has been friendly — which is not typical of my experience with the other locations that are in the vicinity of this one. My order is often a little bit complicated — and it has always been correct. This location also consistently has a good variety of pastries in stock. I will go out of my way to go this store because they are friendly, efficient, accurate and I never hear, «I’m sorry… we are out of (fill in the blank).» Believe me, these qualities are hard to find consistently at other Starbucks in the vicinity of this location.

Just scalded the crap out of myself with boiling hot Earl Grey tea from Starbucks. If you have to stack one cup inside of another to even hand to your customer, it’s probably too hot to serve.

Starbucks are a dime a dozen. Try the Turkey bacon egg white sandwich. Yum.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Both times they got my order wrong. First at the drive-​thru window, and again inside. Neither the woman taking my order, nor the one making the coffee knew what they were doing. I had to explain what an add shot is! Seems like management just couldn’t be bothered with training their staff. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Plenty of others to choose from.

I know not everyone is a fan of Starbucks, but I am, and this is my favorite Starbucks in town. The baristas are knowledgeable and friendly and the store is always clean and inviting. Lots of outlets for laptops, and it’s a big store so if you are going there to work on your computer, there’s less of a chance of feeling cramped here than at other Westside locations.

Always a pleasure to talk to someone who has smile on their face. Always in a good mood to take my order at both the drive-​thru and inside.
Tried the Vanilla Spice Latte (non-​fat of course) today and I do love it. A good mix of vanilla and spice, but not too sweet.
