Now called the Knights Inn. Dirty, no toilet paper at checkin. The I went to blow my nose and no tissue paper. I was surprised there were sheets on the bed. We will cut our five day stay down to just one night. Bob

Stayed here twice on a trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. Very reasonable prices, older décor but clean. Free wifi.

My boyfriend and I were recently on a road trip through ABQ and coincidentally it was the same weekend as the Balloon Fiesta. There was exactly 2(non-smoking) hotel rooms left open in the whole city(not exaggerating) and both of them were at the Stardust Inn. I quickly booked through Priceline while enjoying a chai down the street. The two people checking us in were not very professional(this isn’t a resort hotel), and the older gentleman who was checking us in on the computer didn’t seem like he knew how to work a computer very well, but they got the job done and they were nice enough. To be honest, we were a little worried about staying here… we brought our own pillows into the room with us. So imagine our surprise when we walked in and the room was extremely clean, well– lit, and very nicely done! Looks can be deceiving, and in this case looking at the outside of this place they most certainly are deceiving! For being booked, the place was quiet after dark(even being so close to the freeway), and although too cold to swim, the pool looked clean. The Wi-Fi was definitely free and easy to connect to/use, and we didn’t try the breakfast, but I am sure it is just the standard motel fare. Overall, this is a great bargain for the price, and I would recommend to anyone on a budget.

Beware! This place advertises free wi-fi, but when you get to the room there is no internet access. Didn’t want to stay in a room with no internet access. The check-in staff knew there was no internet available, but still refused to refund the money. False advertising and fraud. Zero stars.

Is «not as sketchy as it looks» a compliment? I mean it in a good way. I don’t even think it looks that sketchy, but apparently some people can’t stand anything shy of a Holiday Inn. This is a cheap motel, but not dingy. The rooms seem to have been recently redone, so they don’t have that dull«40 years of grunge» sheen that many old motels have. They have free wifi, so don’t think a stay here is like a stay in the stone age. My room didn’t get a lot of sun. This can be a plus if you want to sleep past noon. The«continental breakfast» was shit, but really how many good ones have you ever seen? I’m surprised they even tried. Oh, and beware the old guy in the office and his tedious small talk. Christ. No, dude, I don’t think the Minnesota ID looks like the Florida ID and I don’t want to hear your opinion on it for 10 minutes. If you’re not too picky and are just looking for a place to lay your head, you could do worse than the Stardust Inn.
