Love the potato beef burrito. Disappointed that the guacamole tastes anything but fresh. Clearly no one is cutting up avocados. Thanks, Bike Chaplain

If I could give this restaurant NO stars, I would do so, solely based upon the actions, inactions, and attitude of the manager on duty today, August 23, whose name is Yvonne. My spouse and I went into this store at approximately 1:30 p.m. today to grab a bite before heading out for our quickie road trip. The store was not busy, even though it is on an out-parcel in front of a WalMart and Sam’s Club location. We walked in and to the counter, and the young lady(we didn’t know at that time she was the manager) was in the back and we had to wait a short time for her to come to the register. I ordered a chicken burrito supreme and a nachos bell grande, and hubby ordered a beef burrito with no beans. A short time later, a bag was put on the counter but no number called, and then the next party behind us got her bag of food and left(she had ordered by «smart» phone). Hubby asked if this was our order, and when she said yes, he asked where the nachos bell grande were. She said we didn’t order any. We said yes, we did. She continued to argue that we had not ordered them, then asked in a quite nasty way if we wanted them and if we did, we’d have to pay for them.(It turned out she had not charged us for them.) So hubby said yes, and she went to the register, rang up the item, all the while giving him an attitude like he was an idiot. Hubby asked to see the manager, to which she responded that SHE was the manager. I asked her name, and told her that we were going to report her to corporate for her attitude, etc. Her response was that she didn’t care — «go ahead and call corporate!!» She brought the item to the counter and plunked it down with an unnecessary force, and continued to harangue us that we had not originally ordered the item. My husband then walked to the counter and said that she should start working and treating her customers in accordance with the sign on the wall; that sign actually was to remind all of the employees to allow customers to have a pleasant experience because of them. She mouthed back at us, and on the way out the door I said that she needed to get a hearing aid, because she obviously had not heard us. We won’t be back to this Taco Bell — and I sincerely hope that the owner of this outlet reads this and is able to make some changes in his management team to allow the team to comply with his sign on the wall, rather than to harangue the customers and call them liars. She was rude, did not want to enter into any sort of dialogue whatsoever, she only wanted to be RIGHT. She wasn’t! And, Yvonne, if you are reading this, please know that it is being posted on Facebook as well.

It’s a Taco Bell… the food is average the speed is fast but I was unimpressed by the lobby areas cleanliness.
