If I could give a half of a star I would. I’m not dealing with this place any more. Last week we ordered chicken, got home and was 7 pieces of chicken short… how do you do that. Tonight I ordered chicken and got all the chicken but was shorted a large coleslaw! It doesn’t matter if you order from the Taco Bell side or the KFC side you always and I mean always get shorted something. Then when I called at least 7 times to complain they wouldn’t answer the phone! I even ask the young man at the window if all my chicken was there and he said yes. I ask if my extra side of coleslaw was there and he said yes again! Really I shouldn’t have been surprised but I was. This place is very disappointing from the people they hire to the service and anything in between. We have decided not to return and the sad part is that this is our neighborhood KFC/​Taco Bell. I’m sure my 35 dollar orders once a week won’t hurt their bottom line what so ever but I’m done!!!

So sick and tired of this place already! Every time I come there is some punk teen who does not like they’re job so they take it out on the customers! I ordered the t4 Mexican pizza combo when I got it the pizza was extremely cold! Asked for no sour cream and it seems like they gave me extra on it after I had him repeat the order TWICE! I’m so disappointed with this Taco Bell location already. I have contacted management numerous times and they never do anything about it. The only reason I tolerated them so long is because it is so close to my home but now I am willing to drive the extra 7 minutes to a Taco Bell who actually gives a damn!

It can not be so hard to read a screen… ordered 2 Pc crispy, with mashed potatoes… got 2 piece original, Cole slaw. REALLY! Ruined my whole lunch.

$ 43 for a 20 piece chicken meal? Rediculous. I went to Church’s we’re dinner is a lot cheaper. I walked in and there was a disgruntled customer in front of us and a tweaker behind us.

I would give zero stars, the place is a teen work place. No great customer service. Damn teens think they can treat their customers like dirt. When I went today the guy at the drive-​thru kept hurrying up my ordering process, and I didn’t even take long. When I got my drink, 25% was missing and my food was cold after them making wait like 10 – 15 minutes for my food. Taco Bell/​KFC employees need to remember if it wasn’t for their customers, the losers wouldn’t have a job in the first place. Like I said, they used to have excellent customers service until they started hiring all the damn teenagers with no respect for their customers. They need to set their priorities and treat their customers better, because with out us, they would be out of a job.
