The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I will never shop at this store again. I was waited on when I first came in but became invisible at other customers came in. I just walked out.

I love this store. My calves, or should I say cows, don’t fit in anything. The staff understands my dilemma and always finds a beautiful boot that cradles my leg muscles.

I thought this was a really nice store and a welcome change to the usual shoe store in Albuquerque. I was a little disappointed that they’re no longer carrying Alegria shoes, which is why I visited them. They did have some nice socks that I purchased, however, and they said that they might pick up Alegria again in the fall. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. I will come back here again, but probably not till the fall when, fingers crossed, they have the shoes I’m looking for.

This is the place to go if you want a pair of quality (and yes, spendy) but comfortable shoes. They carry Dansko, Ugg, Frye Boots, and many other brands as well as some cute tights, socks, and other accessories. Lots of styles including sandals, clogs, and many kinds of booths. The staff is friendly but definitely not pushy — usually they are at the counter and will just let you browse, but they are there to help you get the right size and style, of course, or to help you make sure the shoe has the right fit. With Dansko shoes (possibly other brands too, not sure) you can also order a particular style or size if they don’t have it in stock and it will be delivered right to the store for you.
