Your typical HomeDepot here. It’s the size of all the others but seems smaller. This local has all the essentials and a plethora of employees. No seriously this location has more employees than two other stores combined! Ok idk if that’s true but there is definitely a lot of them.
If you are on the west side this location should take care of your needs since there is no other hardware store in the immediate area

We ordered a refrigerator online at Home Depot and used this store as the home store. The delivery date was scheduled for today, 1⁄3. No call from the delivery people so I called the customer service number listed. I was informed that the delivery was changed to next Saturday, due to a delay in the product arriving. We were never called, emailed or notified in any way. I was told by the Home Depot customer service that it wasn’t there job to tell us and that I would have to call Samsung myself. They were unwilling to change the new delivery date to something sooner because they were booked up. Who cares that we were stuck for another week without a refrigerator. I spent over an hour on the phone with no resolution. I will never shop Home Depot again and thank goodness a Lowes is nearby. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I really liked how they took and refunded me for an item they weren’t supposed. The return guy Christian and the head cashier were really understanding and returned my money as a gift card but nonetheless they didn’t have to. They were really good.

It’s home depot, better than average customer service for home depot, but it is still Home depot. Not too busy, but the layout SUCKS. I donno why HD can’t have a standard layout. Once you actually find your stuff, checkout is usually quick and simple, although I have not been here on the weekend, so don’t take my word for it.
