Had the tater tot fondue, very good. Main course was the prime rib pasta, pretty damn good. Only thing bringing this down was the service. Waited at the front door for the hostess a bit too long, and the bar tender was a bit slow with the food. But the food was great. Would definitely come back.

First visit to this chain restaurant and was surprised by the price and quality of food. Food was prepared and served in a timely manner and the cat fish was great. I recommend the loaded bake potato, excellent. I will add this restaurant to my eat list!!!

For a chain restaurant serving brunch, this was really good. Then menu selection wasn’t endless, but they have plenty of options for hearty and savory. The portions are very large, for the very hungry, for those that like to take things to go, or share a plate. It was not crowded at all for a Sunday brunch, so it’s a great option to explore.

Really good O’Charley’s!!! Clean, great and friendly staff… great food. The cedar planked salmon is very good, great spices and the cedar flavor goes through it well… Would recommend. Really good for groups, very accommodating! The chicken tenders were cold, had to send those back for a re-order…

My wife and I ate there on June 22 for dinner. We ordered the prime rib special– 28 oz prime rib with an appetizer. I was disappointed that the appetizer selection was limited to three choices. In addition we almost walked out when it took so long to have someone acknowledge us and get a drink order. After we ordered out appetizer arrived in a timely manner but our entrée arrived about 30 seconds after the app. That was disappointing and the whole meal felt rushed because of it. The only thing that prevents this from being a one is that the prime rib was well cooked.

Last time we were here was probably over 6 – 7 years ago. The last three times we came, the server dumped food on me. Bad, very bad experiences to which I didn’t want to go back for awhile. Tonight we thought we’d try it again. Kids chicken, adult catfish and an adult steak. The kids tenders plate was rather small compared to other styled Restuarants. Two tenders and a very small bowl of oranges. Small as in a condiment bowl. Catfish plate had two filets of catfish that your could tell were farm raised. Extremely chlorinated flavor and fishy. My side was French fries to which it looked like it was the bottom of the bag fries, crumbs. 4 petite hush puppies that were actually good. Slaw was rather dry but had a very strong malt vinegar flavor. Louisiana steak was split between two persons with smashed potatoes and a baked potato. Steak was done to their liking but lacked flavor. Smashed potatoes were ok but tasted very earthy. Baked potato was cooked perfectly. 5 yeast rolls were brought out and tasted great but they were selfish with the butter. All in all we left with a bill of almost $ 50. I personally think the meal was over priced. After all, I’ve ate at other comparable local places where 4 meals were ordered and we spent a little over $ 30.

Had dinner here w my daughter and a family friend. Everything was delicious. My last couple visits to this location have been good. They have really stepped up their menu to stay competitive. I love it.

It was just awful. I ordered the pizza pasta and specifically asked for no green or red peppers and when my food came it was COVERED! I didn’t want to send it back because we had already waited 40 minutes and I was ready to eat my napkin. The waiter kept pacifying us with promises of rolls that never came(along with the beverage refill that I desperately needed after the pepper fiasco). There was also a screaming baby sat right next to us to complete the experience. Multiple people sitting around us in the dining room complained.

Great service, good food. Had the shrimp and chicken, and it was nice. Drinks were watered down, but the beer was good. Atmosphere in the bar area was perfect!

On the rating of an O’Charley’s scale, this gets a three, compared to other free standing non corporate places, it would be a 2. The place delivered on a standard black and blue salad. Nothing was very special about it, but it was decent. None of my co workers complained either. Other than that, the service was a little awkward. We waited forever to get our checks and our server just seemed disconnected. I think I am just going to stick with take out at this joint.

For some reason people really seem to like O’charley’s that I“ve spoken with. But I just don’t get it, their food isn’t all that good and the prices are a little bit high. The customer service is ok but who really wants mediocre food at prices like these, I want exceptional customer service and high quality food when I’m paying above average prices, don’t you? This place just isn’t on par with it’s competition’s food quality and you can find much better places to eat at in the area.
