I come to this location to see the server Ms. Kay. She reminds me of an nurturing auntie with a great personality that knows what you will like on the menu. Even though IHOP is known for their variety of food sometimes too many choices can throw me off. Ms. Kay always come to the rescue and delivers a great hot plate of food that my taste buds enjoy. Because of her my breakfast experience is always delightful!

PROS: Waitress was really exceptional and the staff altogether were very welcoming and pleasant. Food was as expected(It is IHOP after all). CONS: Booth still had crumbs in it and had to wipe it out. Other than that it was fine.

Waited over 40 minutes for a takeout order that had been sitting on the counter for 30. When I asked for it to be remade they refused because they said the food was still hot. No apology and wouldn’t get the manager or tell me her name. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

I visited this IHOP one Sunday before church and was very pleased with service, waitress and my overall experience was excellent. I will be back.

I asked for eggs for medium and received eggs over medium. Runny yoke, no runny white. I really appreciate this be properly done. Surprisingly a lot of places only know over easy and over hard. Coffee is a bit weak, but I like SUPER strong so it makes sense they aim to please the majority. Crepes were pretty good. Hash browns were horrible. They use dehydrated pre-shredded potatoes, rehydrate them and grill them. A lot healthier than deep fried, but tastes horrible. I prefer deep fried potatoes thank you very much. Bacon was amazing. It was bacon after all. It was prepared just right.

I have only been to IHOP three times in my life, and I think this visit assures that I wont make it four visits anytime soon. Now, I have to be fair and state that I’m not a pancake fan which is why I opted for IHOP’s version of a Southwestern Omelette. This move was an egg disaster of epic proportions, and I soon found myself sick for a good four hours. I suspect this was due to a ton of undercooked potatoes loaded within the omlette… That’s right, Breakfast Fans, I said in the omlette and not on the side. This technique might make the omlette look bigger, but it sets up the possibility of a breakfast filled with undercooked spuds and a vicious stomach ache. Yuck! However, I will say that the manager and my waiter were both very cool, and if my meal had not been so bad, I would be back to experience that friendly service again and God forbid… pancakes.

When I say don’t go there if you have anything to do afterwards, I mean it. Food comes out quickly for breakfast, but wow, not for anything else. They ALWAYS take forever to return my card or change to me after paying. This last time it was literally half an hour of me begging the woman to bring my card back… There were only four other people in the restaurant and like five other servers! Managers are useless… Only complaint about the food is the turkey dinner. The turkey is so dry and gross and in chunks… But I like the stuffing enough to deal with it.

I am sorry but when the pancakes at McDonald’s taste better than IHOP, something is seriously wrong. If you need your pancake fix, Denny’s is a couple blocks away with a nicer ambience and more depth to the menu.

So I’ve been to IHOP many many times in my life and it they always do a great job with the quality of food. Most of the time I order the steak omelet because I know it will always fill me up just right. I can’t say anything is spectacular about this particular ihop, it pretty much the same. Same service same food etc etc. I give it 3 stars because I’ve been to 4 – 5 star breakfast/brunch restaurants and ihop is a everyday breakfast/brunch restaurant nothing to go crazy about, u feel me! It’s a great place to just wake up and go, and you’ll know that the food will always be good. Keep up the good service and food ihop

This was a good«I HOP«service was good the server was cool and there customer turn-around is fast. They were seating no less than than family size. And turning the tables, they are efficient. Outside of that, water among food were good, the price was inexpensive and I would recommend this to anyone visiting.

You have to be fearless, famished or just reckless to eat here with celiac. I was al lthree. For those not clued in, IHOP is somewhat famous for making their omelets fluffy by adding a bit of pancake batter to the eggs. That’s a no-go for celiac, along with cooking on the same grill due to transfer. So, I haven’t eaten in an IHOP in years. I just came here as my car was being worked on next door. I can be adventurous, and I’m more fearless in Spanish than English and I likely explained I did not want to have Poodles in my Eggs. The manager came out and we went through it all again, this time in English. So, we went with an Eggbeater Omelet because they don’t add pancake batter to those and he agreed they’d clean down the stove first. Result: Surprisingly affordable breakfast and more than adequate service and little reaction.

I love ihop and I totally understand when there busy but I don’t like feeling ignored either… I take my kids and on the weekends and about two weekends ago I took my son on a mommy and me date with breakfast first at ihop on a Saturday… Yes I know busy duhh but man did it take forever to get my servers attention… And because she was so busy she was I guess in the zone she just flew on threw I get that but still I felt very left out and had to ask other servers to help me out at on point I got up and refilled my own drink… Still love to food they just need help with customer service…

Hey … Pancakes, sausage, bacon, omelets … these are my all time faves! And the server staff have always been super. Someone in management is obviously paying attention to how customers are treated(as well as food quality stuff!), so I give an unqualified 2 thumbs up. I would like the option of getting real maple syrup though … even if I have to pay a bit more.

It’s a good thing that this IHOP offers breakfast all day long. I can’t complain about the eggs, hash browns, bacon, and pancakes — they taste great. Lunch and dinner offerings are over seasoned — too spicy and much too salty.

Breakfast was great. The service was excellent, prompt and attentive. Out meal was much more than expected in both quality and quantity. Will be back soon. If it’s this good when swamped if expect it to be good all the time. Try the crepes. 4 star

Not as good as the one in Arlington off of Route 1. The waitress didn’t check on us very often. The soup I ordered was uneatable. It tasted as if someone poured a cup of vinegar in the soup. The mashed potatoes were dry and the roast beef was a bit cold. I’ve had the same items from a different IHOP so I know what to expect. This place fell flat. However, I would try this place again, but just for breakfast items.

Okay, so I love IHOP. Simple as that. You might even say that it’s my favorite restaurant. I have been to this location many, many times, and I have a great experience each time. Some of the staff know us now. My twin sister and I went again last weekend, I believe it was, and Myles – one of the guys that works there – said something like, «Hey, it’s the twins!» I’ve tried many of the different pancake and french toast options, as well as some of the crepes. My twin usually gets the belgian waffles, and they are tasty, too. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the food is heavenly and arrives in a timely manner. You can now drool over these photos I have taken of the food that are attached to this review.

2 stars only because the food wasn’t too bad. Service was horrible. I’ve come to surmise that good wait staff works mostly in Old Town and these places get the left over wait staff. I understand if you’re understaffed or the kitchen is backed up. How about you tell your tables that? We saw our waitress twice(once to order/once when she dropped off our food). We had to hunt her down to give her our credit card to pay. Not returning.
