First review for this location, eh? Too bad. My beef is not so much this particular store as with the company policies as a whole, but at the end of the day, customer service is customer service & this store failed miserably. I went to buy some stuff at this location as I had done many times in the past, but this time I had actually had some of those real woman dollar coupons that were not expired. I usually remember I have them after the fact. Once I got to the register they informed me that I would be able to use them because I had returned some items and repurchased more but did not have the ORIGINAL receipt. Apparetly the original receipt is the only one that validates the coupons. Okay, I get it. «But you see on the reciept that I have, exactly what I returned and bought in place of it.» «Yes, but how do we know you earned these coupons? It is a loss prevention issue.» «Um, I can show you my store credit card bill, the check I used to pay said bill and here is the SECOND reciept showing you what I paid.» «Yeah, we can’t honor you coupons(even though you spent $ 160 bucks to earn them on a previous visit.)» So I went home, new outfitless and thought about it. And the more I thought about it the more ticked off I got because they had some really cute pants that I was so excited about. I felt insulted(L.P. issue? seriously?) & jipped out of my freaking pants even though I had proof of purchase & valid coupons. I get that they have to follow certain rules per LP guidelines, but there is an exception to every rule & when you that a customer, has spent money and has returned to spend more money, and will likely return again to spend even more money, why would you purposely screw her over & let her walk out empty handed without having spent any money. I have since cancelled my credit card, unsubscribed to the website emails. LB can keep their unusable coupons and I will save my money for a company that actually wants and appreciates it.
