Great, just great. Knowledgable and very helpful staff, great selection at a good price, front and back sitting area (neither is large, which is why only 4-​stars). Definitely going back.
The Woodbridge location is larger but the staff was almost put-​off by my shopping and smoking there. Not one of the group I guess…
Check the day of the week and the hours on he website, they’re not fixed for all locations.

Very Poorly ventilated! Walked in and around the whole store. Could hardly breath and not one person greeted me AT ALL!!!

Way too expensive. Other stores have the exact same collection at half the price. The managers are very condescending. Not friendly at all.

Tucked away next to a regrettable hibachi restaurant, you’d think this is a generic discount tobacco store. Oh, but those first impressions are so foolish.
Step inside, and it’s a nearly perfect recreation of a Virginia gentleman’s club (the kind you’d take mother to for a nice lunch). The humidor must be 15 foot on each side with lovely brands and sizes.
I confess — I stopped smoking years ago. But, I was there with Bruddah and La Bella. Now, Dean likes a rare smoke but only a #2. Some lovely Partagas, Macanudo, and A. Fuentes.
The owner came in and was a superior gentleman. I was completely taken by surprise. La Bella attracts attention. Always a good test — and one passed with flying colors.
Quite highly recommended.

I’ve been going to this place since they moved out of Springfield Mall.
The lounge is a definite plus and a TV would be even better.
One of the guys there knew my dad when he was a customer and even the owner knew my dad.
The old manager has gone and the new one seems nice, I believe he came over from the Pentagon City store.
All the guys are easy going and nice. Even though they don’t have my favorite cigar, they have plenty of tasty alternatives.
I’m just sorry we moved out to Centreville and are so far away now. It was our regular Friday night hangout.

The layout of the store is ok, the help is below bar in my experiene. I could easily find other places to get a stick. The only reason I would step foot inside here again would be just to grab my fav cigar the CAO Brazilia

I’ve been in this shop and never had a bad experience. I’ve hung out in the back lounge with friends before, and although it’s small and not super ventilated… it’s a good time. The selection at this shop is pretty good. They have a decent stock… and tend to carry some of the cigars I go to, so that’s a plus. The staff is not all up your arse… they let you browse and give you breathing room, which is always a MAJOR plus with me. The staff is also friendly here. All in all, good spot.

Nice store with a good selection. Could use more fuente. Prices are too high.
The manager, not the owner, is just a… how do I put this delicately? He’s a jerk. He thinks the store is his personal space and makes his own rules on the fly that are not in line with the other stores in the chain.
Comfy chairs in back but ventilation is very poor and annoyingly loud. He refuses to put a tv in the lounge.
The rest of the staff is jovial, cordial, knowledgable and polite.
