Starbucks

Like any other Starbucks. This one is part of a shopping strip close to a chain grocery store at Kingstowne Center. Unassuming store front. There are tables and chairs on the sidewalk. Inside is very dark – I prefer a better-​lighted establishment. Baristas could be a little friendlier in my opinion. They will not serve light brewed coffee in the afternoon – claims that no one buys them. It’s a coffee shop, for crying out loud.

This is the best #Starbucks in the area hands down! Veronica and her staff are always friendly and up beat! My drinks are always great and quickly made. What more can you ask for in a Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks on the East Coast! Natalie, Jimy, Mary and Justin are awesome (just to name a few. My drinks are always consistent and the staff here (especially the ones I just named) are fast and friendly. I just moved here from Seattle and my commute stretches from VA to Baltimore, so I spent some time searching for ‘my Starbucks’ and this place is definitely it. The store is always neat and clean, the staff is awesome, friendly and always remembers my drink. It’s my favorite spot for coffee, for sure.

If only it was as little bit cleaner, eg table tops, restrooms, I would give it five stars. The staff is fun and always pleasant regardless of time of day

I come here 4 to 5times a week. Stuff are friendly.
The only thing is always tables are sticky. :/​
They look clean, but they are not.
Either the wood is old or it’s not cleaned properly.
Feels ewe when u put your laptop and notebooks and your hands touch it. :/​

Pretty good spot, lots of traffic both in the store but also the parking lot.
For the price, I would rather go to Dunkin Donuts.

I went to this Starbucks on 5÷31÷15 while in the Kingstown shopping plaza. I had originally gone to this Starbucks thinking it would be a good place to study (before I went next store to Giant). I had no idea how much traffic this location receives. Although, it was a terrible place to study (it was loud and warm inside, due to the number of times the front door was opening and closing); the customer service was excellent. The women at the front counter was even able to help me understand my Starbucks app better without sacrificing the time people were staying in line behind me.
The location was clean and this is another positive compliment to the staff at this location considering how busy it was I would not have faulted them if it was a little disorganized.
Overall a good location if you’re in the area and want some caffeine but not a great location to lounge around or do some reading.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. The entire staff is extremely friendly and the barista Jimy gives the best customer service of any worker I have ever seen. He’s gone out of his way a multitude of times to appease his guests and portrays an excellent model of an all star worker. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and remember to ask for Jimy

I have wasted so much money on this location. The only reason I would even return to this one is if I didn’t have time to go to another one. Their fraps are always watered down and nothing tastes right. I’ve been to many of starbuck’s so I have a good understand of how it should taste. I’ve never ONCE enjoyed my drink from this location. The staff is ok but obviously can’t make drinks. I much rather run into giant and go to their Starbucks cause this one is just pathetic. Skip it and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service! I was there with a friend and they forgot his sandwich but charged him for it, the girl didn’t seem like she was interested in what I wanted and completely messed up my order. I was very specific when ordering and she tried to get me to order something else and when I got my drink… it was all syrup! I’m an avid Starbucks drinker and I can honestly say that I was completely disappointed and thank goodness I don’t have to keep coming her. Starbucks has a promo going on and we weren’t even offered our receipts to participate in the promotion.

Nice and clean, except when they get busy which they do on Friday and Saturday afternoons and early evenings. Crowds from theater I suspect. Staff is professional and friendly. Knows regular customers by names and remembers their drinks. Seating inside has plenty of plugs for laptops. Manager Veronica is superb ;-). Big plus is that this is one of the few stores to open at 5:00 AM on weekdays.

I continue to enjoy this Starbucks because they are consistent. Whether it’s making my drink perfect, or always communicating with me (since I am a regular costumer); they are on point. However they always do seem to communicate to every costumer has if they stop by every day. They also are very quick with your orders and try to get them to you as quick as possible.

You can’t expect that much out of a Starbucks at the end of a strip mall, but at best this place hits just above the ‘average’ mark you’d expect from a Starbucks.
Drinks aren’t consistent day to day (some days too sweet, other days too bland) but they always seem to have a good stock of pastries. They are efficient though: no matter the rush it doesn’t take more than a few minutes for my drink order to go through. Plus the manager working there seems very friendly, and knows quite a few of the locals walking in.
If the noise level wasn’t so high and there was more consistency with the drink orders, I’d consider this one of the better chain cafés.

Favorite Starbucks. It’s usually pretty clean, there are plenty of seats, and they just upgraded their wifi to google’s service. The staff are just as unprofessional as any other location, so I consider that a wash.

Oh Starbucks… how I have a love/​hate relationship with you! My main gripe with Starbucks is, aside from the price, is consistency. You could visit 5 different Starbucks all within 25 miles of each other and order the exact same drink and I’d be willing to bet each one would taste different. I don’t quite understand how some Starbucks are totally on point with their baristas and some just miss the mark horribly. I guess it really has to do with management at each location. I am in restaurant management for a chain and I completely understand the importance and necessity to have the quality and taste of my product match that which customers have grown accustomed to and expect when visiting a chain establishment.
Its the same expectations that my regular customers have for all my associates when they come to my establishment. I think that is where Starbucks tends to falter. There are Starbucks everywhere they pop up like 7 – 11’s and I think with that kind of growth that sometimes their quality suffers because of it.
This location is one of the more consistant ones in this area as far as quality goes. The staff is usually friendly however I have noticed that they tend to talk to and interact with their coworkers more than they do with their customers which can be a little off putting… but I’m not expecting my barista to be my best friend or my therapist, so I will continue to go to this Starbucks because they make good drinks and they always have my favorite Madeline cookies that so many Starbucks don’t have!

The staff here is friendly, which is nice. Usually they get stuff out quickly, a couple times I had an issue where they made the wrong order and had to re-​make it, but not in a while. The line is sometimes slow because they are busy talking to each other.
The shop just had a redesign, so there is a lot more seating along the big bench in front of the counter.
They could work on cleaning up a little more in here. The tables when you come in the door are often not wiped off, and the chairs all over the place. Sometimes they do not restock the condiment stand in a timely fashion… I went to look for raw sugar in the brown packet and there was only 1 there.
For breakfast sandwiches
–I’ve tried the Veggie & Monterey Jack Artisan Breakfast Sandwich… would not order again. It was just a lot of cheese, hardly no egg, and hardly any veggies.
–I’ve also tried the Spinach, Feta & Cage-​Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap… not bad. Would get it again.
–I miss the Spinach and Havarti cheese breakfast sandwich. I totally wish they would bring it back.
If I want to sit and hang out at a nice comfortable Starbucks, this is not the place. Outside seating is a little more compelling. But as far as grabbing something and go, I’d rather get my coffee here at a Starbucks store than the Giant or the Safeway.

So, its 6am and you are no where near home.
The streets are desloate.
Its a SATURDAY.
You really should be in bed.
But you have to «work».
To help jolt you back to life, somewhat, you whip out your phone to access your «Find a Starbucks» App. (bless the makers of this app!) The app tells you of the nearest store and praise cheeses, its OPEN! At the butt crack of dawn! yay
Service isnt speedy, but there is hardly anyone in the store– they are all smart enough to still be sleeping probably. The baristas make your drink and they make it perfect. Its the perfect start to your morning!
Minus a star for not properly wrapping my breakfast sanwich that slid right out of the bag and onto the ground of the parking lot. :-(

There are really wonderful employees here, and what’s nicest is that so many people actually walk here on weekends. It almost can feel like a café on Saturday mornings. We frequently run into friends and neighbors — lovely!
Ah, but weekday mornings? Cringeworthy. The poor employees — who somehow are cheerful and hardworking — just manage to tune out the appalling behavior of the clueless tools that live in this area. Yes, it’s the invasion of the Mommies and the Au Pairs who take over every chair and table. Hint: It’s a business, not a damn day care center you stupid, stupid prats.
Small wonder that real coffee houses in the northwest are disconnecting their wifi — who needs the leeches? Go buy a 3G stick you bastiges.
