Starbucks

This review is for the Starbucks manager. Every time we are here the wait is ridiculous! We left today because it was too long. You need to reevaluate your staffing. Only one staff member working this location is inappropriate.

Customer service was really good although it was close to closing hours when we came. The barista, Bernadette, was very nice and attentive.

I went to this Starbucks before the Unilocal Elite Progressive Brunch Event on 6÷28÷15. The Starbucks is not a separate store but rather set up like Kiosk. I thought. The customer service at this location was excellent and that was further proven by the attention I saw the Baristas give the customer who placed their order before me. Unlike similar Starbucks set ups in malls, this location is not set up in the food court (so you don’t have to share the chairs and tables next to the Starbucks with the McDonald’s and chinese buffet crowds). In a nutshell this Starbucks has a nice set up in a mall with a plethora of seating but it is not a standalone location so don’t expect or plan to hang around.

So, my power went out in my neighborhood and I couldn’t make my son anything; I headed out to target to buy some stuff hoping a Starbucks barista would be kind enough to want to warm up some milk for him. (I’ve had them say they «can’t») I remember walking up to the counter and asking what he recommended for tea’s and he named 3 that were popular and I loved the berry as he knew I could. And I asked if he could warm up some milk for my son and I said I’d pay if I had to. And he smiled and said «no, it’s no problem». He even rinsed out the cup I had just bought for my son with hot water, it was outstanding service. He even burned himself trying to get the cup as sanitized as he could. Without me even asking. Steven made my day and my son’s as well. I will DEFINITELY come back just to get served by him. He’s the best! And a lifesaver!!!

I am writing a review about the drinks that were served at Starbucks located at the center of Springfield Mall. I’ve always been a consumer of Starbucks products so I know particularly well if something is not up to the standards. I ordered Skinny Vanilla Latte (SVL) and Caramel Macchiato (CM) and to my horror, the flavor and quality of our drinks were awful! The CM served was extremely bitter while the SVL was bland and almost tasted like milk diluted with water. This is the first time that I experienced extreme dissatisfaction with Starbucks. One thing I’ve concluded is that each Starbucks seems to prepare their menu differently. I love the one at Target (still within Springfield Mall) and Fair Oaks Mall.

I give this place 1 star shy of 5 stars because of some of the staff. If I were rating this Starbucks based on a review of my favorite barista here– Fazeel, it would definitely be 5 stars!!! I remember him taking my order the first day the mall opened and he is still just as friendly as ever! Since I visit this location 3 – 4 times a week, we have officially created a relationship and it makes my visits to this Starbucks 100X better! No matter how complicated my orders are, he is always patiently and friendly! He should be the poster boy for Starbucks and others should learn from him, as he delivers nothing less than superb customer service and experience!!!
As for the location itself, lines can get extremely long during rush hours-​especially when school is out. But other than that, this is definitely my go to location!

Terrible service this weekend during the grand opening of the town center… Line took forever, drinks were made improperly… And I witnessed multiple customer complaints. How do they only have 2 people working (including cashier) on a Sunday afternoon?

You can always stop to get a nice iced skim latte before doing your shopping around target or grab one on your way out. This is very convenient since I can make one stop to get my drink and shop.
I can’t wait till they finish up the renovation to the mall and have more stores to visit! Don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing but I guess it’s #tbt#!!!

Even this is a Starbucks. This is not a full Starbucks so you can get stars on you Starbucks reward card. Even they have more table and free Target WiFi to go online.
Like today I was looking forward in one of the two new sandwich they have in Starbucks. But they was sold out. :(Even it the afternoon and you should be lucky in finding one. What do you think.
Soda fountain an a full store to ship in hoping a mall or town center. I alway do a four five star for Starbucks. But it not a true Starbucks. I still come back.
