They are so efficient here. Though yesterday my latte was horrible and wasn’t are of that until I left the mall. It was too hot to taste before that. I called and the manager told me to bring the cup back. That was a first. But today the barista was so helpful as remade my drink. She also comped my husbands drink as a courtesy.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Cashier was rude and just rude … Ordered a kids milk for my daughter and apparently this is the only Starbucks I’ve been to that doesn’t have a button for it and charges 3.00 for an 8oz cup of reg milk. I have never paid that much at any other Starbucks. The cashier asked the manager and the manager just said if we don’t have a button we charge what comes up on the computer… Wtf is that?! This is the manager… Regardless I paid the 3 bucks for the milk and req that they warm it up slightly bc a 1 year old is going to drink it. I got the milk and it was HOT. Not only was it hot it was half foam… I’m sorry but it’s not that hard to warm milk but apparently this location has a really hard time taking requests. By far my worst Starbucks experience!!! I really hope this goes up to area management or someone to speak to the staff of this location

I will forever be a Starbucks fan. I love their coffee and the sweets are amazing.
I stopped by for a nice hot cup of pumpkin spice in celebration of the flavor coming back around in time for the fall season.
The service at this Starbucks was great. They were so busy however every employee kept a smile on their face and made the drinks to order very quickly. I was really surprised by how fast they were able to take care of all those customers.
