GONEOUTOFBUSINESS!!! While my initial customer service was impeccable. They closed owing me money and insult to injury they had set up an appointment not canceled it. this is how I found out RUDERUDERUDECROOKS Yana the pedicurist that did a marvelous job was let go with essentially no notice… poor girls. Owners are ASSES!

Finally got back for a facial. Classic Facial, $ 80. What a treat! One of the best facials I’ve ever had. I have rosacea, so need gentle facials, no scrubbing. Jean lead me into one of the facial rooms, to change into a wrap, and get under the covers. She started with a cleaning, and steam, an exfoliation, a mask, and other treatments, all using Pevonia products. While treatments were working, she gave me an arm and hand massage, and then a shoulder massage, followed by wraps with hot towels. My bright rosy skin never looked, or felt, better. The redness was so soothed, it was practically gone! I see from some of the other reviews, that some felt that they didn’t get the exfoliation they wanted… Speak up ladies! If you want to be scrubbed-tell the technician! I let them know if there’s any sore or rough spots that need extra attention, and they are happy to scrub away as I want. Please bear in mind that this is an organic spa, with a different outlook on the use of chemicals, and do provide a more gentle experience than you may be used to, so be sure to tell them what you want. For the record, I don’t work there, and never met anyone who does until my first mani-pedi. But I love this place, more than any other I’ve tried, and would like everyone to have as great an experience as I do, every time I go!

I was very excited to see that a day spa was opening a few blocks from my condo. I’ve visited twice for pedicures and have loved the service and the staff each time. I never felt rushed and both times the person talked a reasonable amount of time, and erred on quiet as I was reading magazines, so that was a plus for me. Their prices are very reasonable for the area. The two different types of pedicures I did were $ 45 and $ 35 respectively, and included great mini-massages of feet and lower legs. I also really love the massage chairs with the remote control that you get to sit on during the pedicure. Meltdown Spa also seems to offer a lot of services… including hydrotherapy, which I tried at the Hersey Spa and hope to try it here soon. I look forward to going back again soon to experience more that they have to offer.

If there were a way to choose 10STARS, I would do it!!! The most fabulous, incredible, relaxing facial… Ji is amazing!!! I had the Classic facial — very reasonably priced for this little slice of paradise!

Disappointing. The staff was friendly, and it’s nice inside, but the pedicure I had was disappointing. It was probably the quickest pedi I’ve ever had, and not the cheapest. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, which is not what I expect at these prices and at a spa. The technician was too gentle-there was no exfoliation going on. She did a quick foot massage, but it was the worst-it was akin to shaking someone’s hand who has a weak handshake-a limp noodle. Nothing bad, but just no reason to return. Disappointing pedi at these prices.
