My favorite meal is the Penne Rosa with beef and feta cheese. I’m sure kids will easily enjoy their Mac n Cheesse. Their salads are also very tasty for the ones that are more carb conscious.

Unfortunately, service was quite spout getup at best and all employees look in need of mood stabilizing medications. The portions are much smaller than the presentation pictures. I literally saw staff dash out to a table and take away a dish right off of the customers table. She the yells at fellow staff and follows up with aNother customer…“Shit, I gave it to the wrong customer! ill make you another one. «meanwhile the waiting party in hospital scrubs on her lunch break had a look of panic in her eyes. No apologies were made. Sorry I won’t be returning.

Slow service, filthy store, employees goofing off instead of working, at least the food was hot.

1st time ever and will probably not return. The menu seems pretty repetitive only sauces are changed. The service at this place was very slow. Even a lady waiting before me mentioned the same thing. I asked for a bit spicy on Thai noodles and they made them extremely spicy. Asked for dumplings and when I got them they look like quesadillas(they were flat for some reason).

Very dirty. All tables were not cleaned at all. Had to take our food home. Food was decent at best.

I have been to Noodles & Company maybe 5 times, and only once did I get something similar, but I always felt the food tasted the same. While I may have had Thai, it didn’t seem like Thai I had had at other places. Best dish so far was the Mac & Cheese, but it’s not something I’ll salivate over and count the days until I return again. Unless there is a compelling reason to go back, I doubt I will. There are too many other good food establishments nearby to spend my time and $ here.

Came here to have dinner with a friend and it was the slowest wait I’ve ever experienced at any Noodles & Company. This is the worst location from Woodbridge onward in the DC area. avoid at all costs. Took over 25 minutes for the food.

Decent food for a slight too high price. I don’t come here often because of this, but it is good food for fast food.

I’ve lived in the DC area for 3.5 years and been to Noodle & Co. 3 times at the Richmond Hwy, Va, Pentagon Row, Va, Silver Spring Md locations. Each time was the same, I came away thinking the food was really bland, flavorless. The only taste was the lime I squeezed on. The presentation for the Grilled Chicken Phad Thai was disgusting! There was no grilled chicken but instead gross random chunks of chicken on one side of the plate. Some bite size, some absolutely huge. There were two huge blobs of scrambled egg on the other the side of the plate. All really unappetizing. Disappointed! I am reminded yet again not to come back to this restaurant. I don’t get the reason people go here. It’s a great concept but sub-par.

I like Noodles & Company but the Richmond Hwy location is awful… I went today and had to send back my dish twice because it was cold… they ended up throwing it in the trash instead of just heating it up like I asked. And, there were not many people in the restaurant so they had time to get it right. The attitudes of the people working there always suck and the place needs cleaning up. Where is the manager? He or she needs to step it up. I think the manager was standing there when I gave back my food but did nothing. I don’t think I’ll go back to this location…

I like Noodles and Company in general, and would recommend them in general, but at the 7702 Richmond Hwy Alexandria, VA (703) 718‑2126 location, management really needs to be held more accountable. We’ve noticed a downturn in cleanliness over the last few months. Several times we’ve been in there the floor has been VERY sticky, many unbussed tables, and one time the women’s restroom had blood on the floor. The last time I was there(8÷28÷14), I saw employees ‘goofing around’ and throwing food at each other while waiting for my order. Is this the face you want to present to paying customers?

We went once and loved it. You order a type of noodle and have the option for an extra price to add meat. Totally understood the menu but then on our next visit. the menu says spaghetti and meatballs. right there on the menu it says spaghetti AND meatballs. so I ordered that and we got charged for the meat balls. The staff was not so responsive to my annoyance and so we ate, and left. It was very good. :) and the drink is refillable as many times as we need. The bread is really good also. No complaints about the quality of the food. I later posted a review on their site complaining about the menu and being charged for the meatballs. Please forgive for not remembering the managers name, but she called me personally and invited me back. She was so sweet and explained that charging for the meatballs is standard but that the menu is misleading and staff should have made that clear upon ordering. I hope they have changed it or stopped charging for the meatballs, which is what I would do if I was them. It is a chain so the decision is not hers but upper management. I just want to say that what could have been an uncomfortable issue turned in something pleasant. When we went back we asked for her and she was just a doll. She obviously cared very much about her restaurant and it showed. The place is clean, and service was quick, and the food is really very good. We have made this one of our places.

Mostly I think this is just a good place for lunch they are not extremely expensive but their food comes out quite fast and you can eat outside. I got a small portion of the Bangkok noodles and I loved the flavor but the carrots were annoying, probably just because I don’t like carrots. Their salads are huge.

I took the family today, which includes my wife, my son who’s 15 and daughter who’s 14. Very friendly, quick service that seems to have improved in the last couple of months. The food is fresh and we all thought the noodles were good not gummy or pasty or dry. We all like the pot stickers they are simple yet very tasty.

Went for a late lunch. The food was very good, however the wait staff was very unfriendly and the waitress seemed put out that she had to deliver our food to our table.

Sometimes, my coworkers and I come here for a quick lunch. My go-toi entrée is the Indonesian Peanut Sautee(spicy peanut sauce, rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Asian sprouts, crushed peanuts, and lime(no cilantro)). This can come with a fried chicken breast that I usually add; the sauce is definitely spicy, but eating it right away is recommended as the noodles can dry out quickly. I’ve also tried their Steak Stroganoff and Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, but was not a fan of them at all — the mac and cheese were just cooked pasta noodles with a clump of shredded cheese on top that was not even melted. The Steak Stroganoff, also, was just cooked pasta with shredded cheese and bits of beef with a cream sauce — I found both of these dishes to be unappetizing in terms of its presentation and its taste. +Indonesian Peanut Sautee(extra sauce, sans cilantro)

Went with the Alfredo MontAmore, who goes to an Asian restaurant gets Alfredo. Haha. Isn’t too bad. A friend got the Indonesia Peanut Sauté and that was REALLY good. You can really taste the peanut sauce. The only concern I have is with the noodle. You would think if a restaurant is call Noodle then the noodles wouldn’t be so gummy but eh what can you do except give a place 3 stars. The food is good but the noodles are a little too gummy for my taste, maybe that’s how it is over seas.

Walking in, I’ve heard they have some«thai» dish. By adding lemon grass or peanut to the dish doesnt make it thai food. I hate how all these american places try to bring other nationals food and to make people think its authentic. the food was no where near what i expected and i didnt expect a lot off of that place. On top of that the girl was sweeping around our table and i can see the dust flowing around from the sun shining in. When I got home, I realized they had charged me double. They made a mistake the first time and for over $ 30 when its supposed to be about $ 20 but they said they canceled it. i ended up getting charged over $ 50! never again.

Food allergies are a real issue. Not a joke. When someone goes to the restaurant for takeout, and you let the person taking your order that you are allergic to spicy food, that you can’t eat anything spicy, and you are told that there is nothing spicy of the food, it is not fun to come back home to find out food have red pepper flakes and pepper in it. Thanks for ruin my wife lunch and makes us waste time going there.

Not quite as bad as I thought it would be. Good service, they serve alcohol and have expanded their menu to soups and sandwiches. However, most of the stuff they serve us mediocre at best. We were in a rush and took some of my Japanese in-laws here to have noodles and what a terrible mistake. They now hate America. Also, for the sandwich you pay $ 5 and it is literally like half a sandwich. What a horrible place. Why would you go here under any circumstances? I just don’t understand.
