First, I want to say that customer service is one of my priorities and the entire staff at Pivot is exceptional in that aspect of business. Second, these are some of the most enthusiastic, fun, and interpersonal group of people you will meet. You are greeted, they get to know you, and your time there flies! Third, within the limits of information submitted by your doctor, the therapists are very perceptive of what your ails are or may be. This is particularly exceptional and I love that Kelly and Meagan know what to look for through analysis of data, movement, and inductive reasoning. Lastly, they assess your needs, goals, and expectations, which helps them help you. They will give you the tools you need to succeed, and that is half the battle. The other half requires your dedication and commitment to following their guidance, but also providing positive feedback to constantly and continuously assess your needs as a patient. I love coming to Pivot for all these reasons and more and I believe you will too.

Competent and friendly staff gave me the tools I needed to work on problem I was having with bursitis in my hip. Their focus was not only on fixing the given problem, but to educate me on how I could avoid and repeat of the problem in the future. I have had some less than ideal PT in the past so I was a little hesitant when the doctor suggested this. But I am glad I did because I have a much better understanding of what is going on and how to prevent it happening in the future.
