Our car battery died so we went inside to get pizza fries. They twice came outside to offer to jump our car. Nice guys.

Especially don’t order later at night. I ordered delivery to arrive around 11:00 pm. They got the basics of the order right — wings and cheesesteak sandwich. The details of both parts were wrong. I ordered blue cheese dressing and got ranch. I ordered mayo and hot peppers on the sandwich and didn’t get either. Most importantly though, neither items tasted good. Would not order again nor would I recommend it to my enemies.

Terrible customer service & average quality of food. It took them 2 hours to deliver my food after they failed to inform me of a system glitch with Grub Hub. The young man hung up the phone on me while I was discussing my order and then delivered the wrong food. I will ever order from them again.

Great pizza at a good price. They always have some kind of special going on so ask them about them! The food is pretty consistent and if you get delivery they have always been prompt.

Great Pizza for a great price. I’ve been here a few times now and it had been made perfectly every time. Quality pizza with fresh quality ingredients for a very good price. $ 7.99 Large with 1 topping take out special. Can’t beat that, that’s a good deal! The staff is a friendly bunch and they will try their best to accommodate you in any way possible. They seem to care more about the quality of their pizza than the money. They do not have a dine-in area, so it’s either delivery or take out only. The place is kept pretty clean and the has ample parking space as well. This street has about 4 pizza shops and yet they seem to be doing pretty well for themselves. I am fully satisfied with their service and quality of the food, i will be back here again.

This place has never been able to get my order correct and the drivers always get lost and don’t speak English.

After trying to use online coupons over the phone, I was first told to go and order it online to get those deals upon calling in. After 5 minutes passed and they hadn’t received my order, they called me back and offered to honor their online coupon over the phone for me. I was amazed that they cared enough to call me back and to do this for me. They are already way better than any of the other«chain pizza koints»(i.e. pizza hut, domino’s, papa johns) and the service is better too. Thanks guys!

The delivery is soooo slow. Second time that it’s over an hour. Quality of pizza and entrees is awful. This location is the worst in the chain. NEVER again.

In 2002, yes 12 years ago, a large roach was baked right on to the pizza we ordered. do not go here.

For months now I keep rage quitting ordering from Pizza Bolis but every now and then I slip up and come back to it. But I’m done this time, for realsies. Here’s what I’ve encountered at the Bolis that is making me swear them off(these were all delivery orders made online or on the phone): They have been«out of pizza» Their ovens broke(30 mins before closing) They didn’t have any toppings I wanted, only veggies They sent the wrong pizza twice They’ve forgotten sides They’ve sent the wrong sides They couldn’t find my house so they took it back to the store and made me pick it up All of these mishaps makes for a shady, shoddy, untrustworthy type of pizza and that’s a business I don’t want to support.

Just finished our first lunch from the Pizza Boli’s in Alexandria, VA. The bad: it took an hour and ten minutes to deliver two veggie subs, onion rings, and fried mushrooms. In comparison, our local papa john’s has never(even on holidays) taken longer than 25 minutes. Waiting 70 minutes is just not acceptable. Once the food got here, however, it was really quite tasty. My wife and I had pretty low expectations since we ordered vegetarian from a pizza place, but we were both surprised and pleased. The veggies were nicely grilled and the fried items were neither dried-out nor soggy.(I’m sure you’ve all had soggy fried stuff delivered to you). We will probably order from here again, to test whether it always takes that long, or if our first experience was just a fluke. Faster delivery would bump my rating to 4 stars.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7:20PM on a typical Thursday night(good weather, etc). After 50 minutes, I called to check on the status of my order. The guy who answered the phone said, «Your delivery driver just left so about 15 more minutes.» Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t arrive for another 30 minutes(so 1 hour 20 minutes total wait time) and it was COLD. Huge disappointment. I won’t be a repeat customer.

Oh Boli’s, you should be beyond thrilled with two stars. For the last few years, my husband and I have been ordering from Boli’s periodically because they carry green olives(my husband is from Kentucky, and in Kentucky, if you order olives on something you get green olives, which you can rarely find in the area) and you can order online. For the last four orders from Boli’s — all orders were completely wrong. Once, I can tolerate, but four times in two months, it’s over. Ordering online should eliminate any issues with ordering miscommunication. We are going to stick with Juliano’s on Rt. 1, no online ordering but the pizza is always right.

I used to LOVE this pizza. It was part of our Friday nights at home. The service was always great, the price was right and the people were friendly… Then they changed the pizza recipe(I hear a lot of people say they went to American cheese instead of mozzerlla), some ingredients that taste cheap. Whatever got changed ruined it for me. I can no longer stomach their once delicious pizza. I switched to Old Chicago across the street from them and though I didn’t want to(I like to support local business) Papa Johns as well, and I’ve never looked back. If they go back to the old recipe, I will return as a loyal customer because the pie was killer for the price. Till then, YUKK.

I live right next to Pizza Boli’s, and they are a great local joint. They deliver quickly — echoing the below review — and their quality is consistent. If you want good pizza and live in Alexandria, give Boli’s a try. I did, and it’s definitely worth it.

I really think it’s hard to compare Mangia and Chicago Pizza to Boli’s. In 4 years, they’ve never gotten my order wrong. Have always been quick. Were open during snowmageddon. And I have doubts they no longer use mozzarella. I heard people were trashing this location on Unilocal,I had to come on and say that they are a great franchise and I will continue to buy from them.

Pizza was ok, nothing spectacular. The service is average, they were friendly and quick, but that may be because they were never busy the two or three times I went there. I agree that the toppings do not seem that fresh, but didn’t notice the american cheese. Probably will not go back, but mainly because of the distance from where I live.

My boyfriend and I live only a mile away from Pizza Boli’s so we have ordered carry out several times. I am happy with the service and find the pizza tasty. My favorite is spinach and feta cheese. I recommend it.

American cheese. Seriously. They responded to increased food prices by substituting Mozzarella with American, and didn’t tell customers. Even before that, horrid. The crust seems OK, but they undercook the pizza and use the least-fresh toppings you can imagine. The tomato sauce is overused and underflavored. Stay away. Better yet, walk a few yards down to Mangia Mangia.
