Sleepy’s

I bought a bed from a store 3 blocks from my home off of the floor and was promised delivery between 12 & 4. At 4:00 I received a call saying they would be 45 minutes late. At 5 I called to see where the drivers were and was yelled at by the dispatch woman.
The drivers just arrived & told me they picked the bed up at the store 3 blocks away and made 14 other deliveries before me!
RUDE dispatch; POOR planning; Awful experience.

I’ve only ever had hand-​me-​down mattresses as an adult but after getting fed up with constant back problems and sleep issues I decided it was time to finally get a new one. Sleepy’s was my first choice because I live two blocks away from the Old Town store and I hoped I would be able to find the perfect mattress there.
I went in on Saturday and was immediately greeted by Michael who walked through the process of picking out a mattress. He had me test a variety of them and asked me a series of questions about comfort level and support on each one. After quickly determining what type of mattress I was looking for he had my try several in that style. There was no pushing me towards a particular type or aggressive sales pitches. It was all about finding me the right one for my particular comfort and support needs.
I went with the Simmons Beautyrest Legend Plush Mattress. I ordered it late Saturday afternoon and it was delivered to my apartment on Sunday morning. The delivery crew was punctual and effortlessly took care of getting my new mattress and box spring into my apartment and set up.
I’m a very happy customer right now and grateful that such a good store is right in my neighborhood.

Just bought a new Queen «I» Serta mattress from Adam. Excellent experience. No heavy handed sales-​tactic/​pitch. I came prepared with cost estimates from other stores. In the end, I decided to buy from Sleepy’s because of the professionalism exhibited by Adam. Received the mattress in 2 days!

They lost a good sale today cash in hand went to buy a mattress from them got to the place and there was a note on the door will be back at 7:00 so I waited and after 7:08 I left the guy never came back I was sitting there for 25 mins who leaves a place of business like that it’s a chain store I find that crazy I would boot that worker right out the door needless to say Macy’s got my business I bought the mattress today from them and it was a great experience

My husband and I decided it was time for an ‘adult’ mattress and figured we’d take advantage of the president ‘s day sale. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Keith. He was friendly, polite, and thoroughly explained how the process works and how he’d help us find the bed that fit our needs and budget. He paid attention to our concerns and didn’t try a one size fits all solution, turns out we each need different pillows. After whittling down or choices, we were able to find a great mattress at a price we were both comfortable with. Mattress shopping is a big purchase and lying down in front of a stranger can be awkward, but Keith never pressured us to look at models well outside our budget, didn’t try to convince us that we were comfortable on a mattress we didn’t like, and he was very knowledgeable about all the options they offered. We walked out feeling very comfortable with our purchase.

I stopped in on a whim to begin researching a purchase of a new bed. When I asked for details about the «Comfort Exchange» Policy, the saleslady was vague. There was a sign posted and she mentioned the policy in passing during her lengthy spiel. I asked for clarification on the policy, and she didn’t answer the question. When I asked her to please answer my question, she rudely told me that she didn’t want to be put on trial. Needless to say, I left and will be taking my business elsewhere.
