If you are in need of some fabric, this is your destination. As someone who cannot sew and if I try to sew on a button, I overdo the thread (it would take scissors to get that button off), a place like this can be daunting. Where do you begin when you have limited knowledge or skill in this field? You go to Jo Ann and pick the brains of the employees or the brains of their regular customers. I have yet to shop there without finding someone to offer assistance willingly. The store is kept well-​stocked and tidy.
