Very messy with bad service. I was in the dressing room for only 10 min and they knocked on door 3 times to check if it was occupied. Also, the «newly redesigned» maternity section was totally picked over with low quality items.

This is the dirtiest store I’ve ever been in. They have clothes and shoes on the floor along with food and wrappers and broken hangars my wife tripped over a pair of kids jelly shoes and twisted her ankle it ruined our whole day. I’m going to post pictures of what the store looked like soon they are on my daughters phone also the radio is playing very loud in the store which I don’t care but it’s not tuned in lol sounds ridiculous. Corporate needs to see these pictures

I have been to this store a few times when shopping next door. I have bought for the kids a few items but the staff at this store has had a pattern of obnoxious and unprofessional behaviour that I find blizzard. I actually do a lot of businesses with retail chain stores of’all kinds including high-​end stores in Chicago but this family oriented store has the most disrespectful employees I watched a woman ask an employee about overalls and she told her to go to the GoodWill. I have seen them snicker and smirk at customers. This particular store has a very bad management problem. I can say they’ve been lucky the Times I’ve been there were with my kids.

Drinking beer flights at nearby Village Vintner + Pay day = Dangerous shopping while buzzed with my BFF.
My friend and I hit up this location and found way more than we should at an Old Navy. We both ended up buying some PJs and other random items. They had a big selection, everything was well organized and staff was great — even though the cashier called us out for buying matching hoodies. Haters gonna hate! ;) This Old Navy gets the job done and I have no qualms about it.

Store is clean EXCEPT for the clearance areas… what a disaster. An associate went out of his way finding a pair of black flip-​flops for my daughter.
Personally, I would rather shop at
than go into this store.

Maybe it was because it was a Monday. Maybe it was because Algonquin is a wealthy suburb and the workers don’t know that there is a Great Recession on. I don’t know, but not a single worker was useful or helpful in any way.
I finally had to almost corral off one of the salespeople with the aid of my husband to ask where the maternity section was. Apparently in this store it resides back in the Toddler Boy’s section. (Because that makes so much sense.) Not that it mattered, since the Maternity section was all of about two feet big.
If you are looking for a reasonable maternity section in an Old Navy just go to Naperville. It’s not huge, either, but it IS bigger than two feet wide.
