I’ve gone here a number of times in the last year(like 25+ times, almost always drive-through) and they’ve got about 25% chance of getting my order correct… they ALWAYS forgot to add the side, sometimes they give you the wrong meal completely, sometimes they add something that you specifically asked not to include… Regardless, it’s literally wrong 75% of the time and I don’t have time to go back. No other Panera location I’ve frequented is this bad on order accuracy.

Good food. The drive through they added us always packed and in a terrible location but a nice feature. you can always order online and go in to pick it up. they’ll have it ready at least 20 minutes before your pickup time though, so be aware. no one wants cold food unless you ordered it that way. I always have had good experiences with Panera. The French baguette loaf is amazing. Grilled Cheese Panini is a classic favorite. There beverages are good as well, from the hot chocolate to the wild berry smoothie. YUM. The only down fall with Panera is it really isn’t very cheap. if you went to the store and bought the ingredients yourself, you’d save alot of cash and calories.

I have been twice in the past month and both times there were serious problems with my order –they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich, gave me a melted smoothie and I had to wait 30 minutes outside for a phone order. This seems to be the norm now. There was a delay with a drive through order so they told me to pull into the lot. The manager(dark haired girl) must be the franchise order’s daughter because she sure wasn’t professional. She claimed she went outside to look for me but couldn’t find me, even though I told her I would be parked on the side — she apparently was too lazy to check both places. I waited 30 minutes before calling and realizing this.

Good food but bad service. Had trouble getting table cleaned and then the worker just fling the rag around the table. We needed to re-wipe it. When order was up I had to beg for our drinks since I couldn’t reach where they had put them. Also, would have liked to sit outside but only one umbrella table.

Had a good experience with their drive thru here! Some Panera drive thrus are quite slow, but this seemed to have a good pace during the busy lunch hour. I would normally head inside for my order, but with a sleeping baby in the backseat, the only place I could pick food up was from a place with a drive thru! Food was hot and what you would expect from a Panera. Yay for the drive thru!

Horrible drive through! I bought a bread bowl and got home only to find that it was only half full! I though Panera Bread had higher standards than that…

I am so disappointed by the quality of food that is supposed to be served here at panera. My boyfriend works very close by and this place is our favorite place to grab lunch. The last 2 times I’ve been here I have received burned pannins. The first time I asked for a new one… which they did accommodate. The second time I didn’t have time to get another one and just eat a the burned one I had received. My tip to this place I’d to turn down the pannini temperature because it is burning all of them. So disappointing… I guess we have to find a new lunch hang out.

Tonight, I purchased a Frontega Chicken sandwich. from the drive-through. Pity they didn’t take time to make the sandwich properly. The topping was runny and badly put together. It’s a pity they don’t take enough time to make the sandwich in their usual manner. I guess it’s all about getting the customers through the drive-through, without concentrating on the quality of the food.

I love Panera. All over the country these are my best bet for a quick, easy, delicious lunch. I give the Fuji Apple chicken salad a perfect score and I always shuffle up soups and panninis. Love this spot!

I had a hard time giving this place 3 stars. I wanted so badly to go with 4, because I love the bakery side for its freshness and selection. This review is about the café side and the new shrimp offerings on the menu… First, basics: Staff was excellent as usual; energetic, polite, and friendly. Cleanliness has been an issue at this location, but today was better(need to empty the full dish bins more often). Food was prepared promptly and tasted fresh… Now let’s share some details… Shrimp Salad Roll: The photographs on the marketing are really enticing and pretty accurate. What you don’t see until you bite into it, is the slices of avocado embedded in the lettuce. What I like about this sandwich is the clean fresh taste, with only subtle mayo tarragon. The size and amount of shrimp is ample for the roll, with just enough for every bite. What I disliked about this sandwich was the size of the lettuce, which needed to be stuffed into the bread in order to bite with ease. I also did not taste the Old Bay at all, which would have taken this sandwich over the edge and made it a 4 star choice. Though I enjoyed it, I do not recommend this sandwich, and with a price tag of $ 10, I would stick to getting the you-pick-two for better value on the dollar. Chilled Shrimp and Soba Noodle Salad: Another shrimp inspired, premium signature item on the menu, and it’s definitely reflected in the price. I enjoyed this salad a great deal, even though I’m not a fan of cold noodles. There were so many flavors swirling around the different parts of this dish, that it kept me going back for that next bite. Two complaints: The noodles were stuck together, probably from the chilling process, which forced me to eat the noodles in chunks. Also, did I mention how expensive this salad is? So even with its positives, I would not recommend this dish either. Conclusion: Maybe I should’ve known that shrimp at Panera would be a stretch, but I wanted to give it a shot. I think that they’re on the right track, but they need to figure out how to reduce the cost. My advice is to go into a Panera on Tuesday and get the Baker’s Dozen Bagel Special($ 6.99) and some cream cheese for a better value than either of these shrimp offerings.

Food is relatively healthy but why they insist on having three people serve one person whilst there’s lines out the door is mind-blowing … and they do it every weekend. F

I havent been here in a while, but i do enjoy coming to this panera bread. Good lunch food! I had the Asiago sandwhich which wasent too bad. There was a kick of spice in it, that i had no idea where it came from. Good place to eat and relax or just to work using their free wifi!

Why do I keep coming back. I know why, convenience. Close to LifeTime Fitness. The tables are usually dirty, the wait staff not so helpful as they look at you like deer in the headlights when you ask them something. I don’t like this location!

I enjoy coming here for a quick bite to eat. This location is nice for both eating in or taking it to-go. I do wish this location was a little bit more consistent with friendliness and food choices. I am a picky eater and not a lot on their menu is appetizing to me, so I choose a different cheese or ask for something not to be on my sandwich. Sometimes I am met with acceptance of my request or(like the other night) I am met with annoyance.(I cannot be the only one that asks for American cheese instead of Swiss cheese on their ham and Swiss sandwich.) I have had salads, soups, sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and bakery items. All of which I enjoy and have never had a complaint about. I once ordered a Chicken Panini from this location to-go. Once I got home to eat it, I had lost my appetite due to the chicken not being cooked. It was warm, just not cooked. I will never order that again. I also like the vegetable pesto soup. They had it for awhile, and then it was off the menu. When I went the other night, it was back on the menu. I am unsure why it was that way, I am just glad that it is back.

OK, I guess. Had the Cuban Chicken, chips and a small drink. The bill was over ten bucks. Was it worth ten bucks for a sandwich, chips and drink? Well … it IS better than a five-dollar sandwich from you-know-where, but it was not without flaws. The meager portion of chicken was basically flavorless(or maybe the flavor was overshadowed by other, quite tasty, ingredients). At least three bites out of the sandwich had no chicken in it at all. The ham was great, I’ll be looking at the ham sandwiches on the menu next time. The cheese(Provolone? I forget …) and other toppings were fine. Special shout-out for the healthy portion of pickles. The bread was fine, I would think it would be a hightlight of the meal considering the store’s specialty, but it was just OK. The sandwich was grilled, and that did help bring out some of the flavors. Their chips are store-branded, kettle-cooked style, and were fine. The place seems to attract a much wider variety of clientele than similar joints. Lots of «suits,» I mean, like, half the place was full of ‘em. I’m not going to conjecture on why that might be … but I have a couple of ideas. ;)

This is a small comfortable environment with tasty, fresh food and friendly employees. Doesn’t seem to get too crowded and definitely not a loud place. I would highly reccommend taking a trip to Panera. I believe Panera is a great place to go to grab a bite to eat and sit down with a friend. This is very comfortable, quiet place to be at. The food is delicious, fresh and good for you with decent prices. People are usually either sitting by themselves eating or quietly chatting with a friend, so you don’t have to worry about noisy customers. This is a great place to go with a friend or a quiet date during the day. I would reccommend the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich if you like something that’s a little spicy. Overall this is a wonderful place to go, I really have no complaints on this restaurant. I really reccommend taking some time out of your day to visit a Panera Bread near you for a quick tasty lunch.

Your typical Panera Bread. Nothing great, nothing terrible. If you’ve been to one, then you’ve really been to them all IMO. I recommend the Broccoli Cheese Bread bowl or Chicken Caesar Sandwich.
