Weekend service is poor. We Pass mutiple Starbucks, chose to stop at this one, won’t do it again. Staff not knowledgable on what’s gluten free, they also got our order wrong.

Boy, I wish there were more Starbucks in this area, just so I could avoid having to go to this one on the weekends. Weekend service is always poor, they just seem to care less.
They always seem to take orders while they are casually talking to coworkers so they never get the order right the first time. On several occassions, I’ve needed to drive back because the order was so off.
They often lack breakfast sandwhichs at this location, if its after 8, forget about it.

Service here is terrible. I try to be nice, smile and make conversation and I feel like they just rush me, shove the drink in my hand and send me on my way. It’s enough to make me go to a different location most of the time

This ‘bucks just gets it right. They seem to constantly fix poor made drinks for me from other locations. This is my go to from now on. It is much too costly & time consuming to keep paying for poorly made drinks elsewhere in the area. Friendly staff is always a plus, and they have that also. I wish their hours were later.

Been sitting in the drive thru over 10 minutes now just for a iced coffee. No apology for the hold up. This is beyond ridiculous.

Deanna was gracious and we chatted about working customer service /​retail. (And how annoying difficult/​particular peeps such as myself can be. ;))

My total was 5.01. I handed the drive up window woman a 5 and a 1 and then said, «oh! I have a penny!» And she handed me $.99. Fail. And the coffee is terrible. But it’s S’bux so that was expected.

This is my favorite location. The staff is wonderful and I’ve never had a complaint.
Today I was having a less than stellar day and they comped my drink. Why I asked? Cause I’m always nice and easy to deal with was the response.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area… sure, it is the closest to my house, but the employees are nice and they are friendly to my kids, which is a plus for me.
Not to mention, they make a mean cup of coffee, exactly how I order it.
