I’m giving them 2 stars because the store is very clean, orderly, and well stocked
Prices, compared to Target and Walmart, average 15% higher, but Toys r Us has a bigger selection of most items.
The reason I am not giving them more stars is because the customer service is horrible. Gave the store three chances, and they’ve failed each time.
First visit, bought two bikes. One bike, while there were plenty of tickets to grab and take up front to pay, I was told it would take 10 days to get it from the warehouse. When I inquired why I can’t buy one from the store, since there are ample tags to take and pay up front, I was told, via the cashier, that was talking to the manager over the walkie talkie, so I could hear both sides of the conversation, that there was one in the back but they didn’t feel like putting it together and they won’t sell me the display, because then they won’t have any to show all weekend…
Wait. I’m confused. You have one in the back, but even though I’m paying additional to have it out together, you won’t put it together, and you won’t sell me the display item because then you can’t rope other people into buying it and waiting 10 days for it to come from the warehouse??? After arguing with them, I bought the display bike and left.
Second chance, went to purchase an outdoor little tikes play set house, same scenario as above, different item.
Last chance today. Purchased some Home Depot work shop items, one rang up wrong, I pointed it out to the cashier, she calls the same manager, same run around, they did NOT go back and check the tag, he just told her to charge me what it rang up as. I had to get out of line, walk to the back of the store, take a picture of the item and price tag, go back to the front, wait in the customer service line to show them, wait for them to call this manager AGAIN then he had the audacity to come and tell me he didn’t see why I was making such a big deal out of $ 5…
This store won’t get another penny of my money.

Not just toys! It’s a fully stocked babies r us too! My daughters left her birthday coupon at home and they still gave the discount. …AWESOME:)
