Nice, clean store and very nice and helpful staff, but they always seem to be short staffed in the evenings and on a few occasions, I couldn’t find anyone to ring me up.

This is NOT for JC Penny but for the Sephora inside Jc Penny though, I’ve been to several Sephora and this one has to be the BEST and its NOT busy compare to other Sephora’ I’ve been to which is a plus! The manager Angelina is GREAT and helpful too! I find Sephoras that are outside JC Penny are more busier vs. being inside a JC Penny but it’s plus to me. I just go to this JC Penny for Sephora other than that I’ve shopped once here and find it smaller compare to other JC Pennys I’ve been to and more pricier but I just loved the OLD JC Penny before they remodeled everything including their logo and whole store!

I cannot say enough about Carlos in the photo lab. He was amazing! He took his time, got the right pictures, was patient, and we had a great conversation while he worked. I have been going to JCP pictures for 7 years now, and never once have I had the ‘WOW’ experience as I did with Carlos taking my daughters pictures. Great Job!!!

I don’t shop at JcPenney’s too often, and when this location opened, I have to admit that the first time I went in there, I had difficulty finding what I needed to. The lay out is just weird.
Since I’ve been in there a few times since, I generally know where to go now, but I still find the lay out to be bizarre.
I think they are finally starting to come around more to sales and coupons again, after they tried their new platform of just having a new pricing format instead.

My family and I went here this week for family photos — there were nine of us (my family, sister’s family and my parents) and the photographer did a great job of getting all the different pose groupings done in an efficient manner as well as getting great photos.
The pricing was great and the staff there did not try to fleece us with overpriced photo packages.

I don’t shop at Penny’s often, but the couple times I have been in this store, have been good experiences.
Last time I was there, it was my 5 year old daughter and myself. She needed «running» shoes. I found her «running» shoes and a pair of black flats for a total of $ 18. The shoes weren’t no-​namers, either. I believe her tennies are Sketchers and the flats are Candies.

I avoid the mall at all costs. This store is great for me. I found the selection to be plentiful and the service outstanding. An associate that helped us in Women’s and at the checkout were both very professional.
