To begin I will say this. The nachos, the steak, the chicken plate for my wife. Delicious!!! All was good. Then it went sideways. First the waitress passes by and ask me how it was, I said all was good, except the potatoes were dry. Now I did eat them because she was no place to be found until we were done eating. She said sorry and that was it. I said ok. And carried on. Then Cesar the«manager» came by and asked me the same question«how was the meal?» But before I could answer, he walked away from me so now I was upset. I called him back and told him the potatoes were dry and I want to pay my bill. He said. «Oh sorry» and went away. My wife said. «Let get go.» So I did. All was cool, then«Cesar» the manager came back with the most insulting coupon ever. He just placed it on the table and said. «For next time.» Seriously, I just finished leaving a $ 20.00 tip on a $ 45.00 ticket, I never asked for anything and he insults me like this. Even my wife was like. Wow. That is insulting and embarrassing. You would think that with the competition in the food business the way it is, they would truly value their guest. But they don’t. Unilocal never crossed my mind, until that coupon.

Worst service ever!!! I don’t usually write reviews for large chains because it really doesn’t matter BUT I was compelled after my horrible dining experience last night. We ordered quite simple food. My mom wanted a chicken salad and I got the apple chicken dish(I forgot the name). We also got boneless chicken wings as an appetizer. Please tell me why tables who were seated at least 15 minutes after us received their food before my mother and me? Including boneless chicken wings that I’m 10000% we ordered before them? After waiting 25 minutes, I ask the waitress where our food was. She said she’d check. Then she came back with the wings. We eat the wings and then after 10 more minutes, I ask her why it’s taking so long for a SALAD to come out. First she looked at me and said«salad.?» in a puzzled way, as if she didn’t even know we had ordered a salad. Like we only went to Applebee’s for their world famous boneless chicken wings or something! Then she said that they’re very busy. Uh yeah, you’re too freaken busy bringing other people’s food or even though they ordered AFTER us! THENNNN when the food came out, I was just thinking WTFISTHIS? It did not even look good and looked like someone had already eaten half of it. If you’re going to take 40 minutes to make my food, at least make it look decent! I know it’s Applebee’s-I’m not expecting a gourmet meal, but I want it to look like I’m the first person to eat it. Is that too much to ask? Anyway, i was so disappointed last night. I didn’t even want to eat there but we did. Now I know to always follow my gut, pun intended.

Love the ambience; Staff is friendly; Coming to food it is worth the deal; Love the idea of credit card scanner available on each table;

Omg mojitos DO have a fizzy element to it. Sorry bartender! I’m an idiot. Updated the rating but still kinda bad due to the waiter never showing up after taking our drink orders and getting canned like a half hour later.

Typical Applebee’s. The prices at Applebee’s are kind of pricey for what you get, for the most part, but the 2 for $ 20 and 2 for $ 25 deals aren’t bad. We ended up getting an appetizer of Boneless Chicken, and entrees of the Half Rack Baby Back Ribs, and the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. I liked the peppery kick my baby back ribs had. It was pretty cool how they have the credit card scanner available at each table now. It seems to quicken the process of getting someone’s bill taken care of, since now you don’t have to wait for the server to go to the back, slide the card, come back, and have you sign.

Get seated in Tom’s section. He’s a fantastic waiter, and thinks about what you’ll need with your entrée before you even figure it out. Definitely our favorite Applebees waiter. PS — this location is an old reliable for me. They always make my favorite dish just the way I like it. This place is comfort food, for sure.

Best time to come is during happy hour(3−6pm and 9pm-closing) to get their drink specials at the bar. Cheap $ 3.75 Margaritas, Island teas, and Adiós, $ 4 Gummy Bear Fireball shots, and half off certain appetizers like fried wonton tacos.

Terrible experience with my family Christmas dinner. Neglectful server. Dirty seating area and floor. Slow service. All in all, the food was amazing. Aside from that, it was one of our least favorite times at Applebee’s. Also, they secretly charged us for something presto. Not right. They were better years ago.

Thanks for the free meal on Veterans Day me and my father were happy to see that Applebee’s was honoring the men and women that fought to make this country so great. Why one star? The staff. We ordered our Veterans Day lunch the order came out all wrong not a big deal but when we told the runner that the food was wrong he said in a very demeaning voice I’m pretty sure it’s yours I said I know what we ordered he then walked away and another runner brought a second round of wrong food once again from the runner I’m pretty sure this is what you ordered the server happen to be there and said oh that was my fault they then brought me the right food that was cold. Thanks for making us feel stupid for excepting the free meal. I swear I hate the the runners no tact no manners. I blame the management no one ever came to check on us.

I came here because Applebee’s started a Monday Night Football special: order any burger and get ENDLESSFRIES. And the cost was $ 6.99… uh, #nobrainer All-Day Brunch Burger Comes with bacon, fried egg, hash browns, cheese. The burger was okay, but fries that it comes with are so damn salty. Water please! And when you keep asking for fries, the amount of fries that comes out each time gets smaller and smaller with a wait time that gets longer and longer. Snooooooze. Spinach and Artichoke Dip The dip is good but the actual chips are even saltier than the fries. Bleh. I’d rather go to Red Robbin. They have better fries and they are ALWAYSENDLESS.

I want to throw up just looking at my food ugh. The steak was also NOTCOOKEDPROPERLY … omg i don’t even know why this place is still open!!! I tried to eat my food but i couldn’t even properly digest it!!! Shouldn’t the waitress at least have the decency to ask if our food is okay when people aren’t even eating it –_______-«!!! 3.5 stars Prior to my visit here last week, the last time I stepped foot in an Applebee’s was about 7 years ago! Stopped by to grab a bite before Ant Man right next door at Regal Theaters. We arrived around 5pm on a Sunday evening and to our surprise, there was happy hour on the weekend(must be at the bar). I asked to see the HH menu before being seated. Food options were weak with only 5 different options so we did just regular dining. We were seated to the left of the waiting area; somewhat of an interesting seating arrangement they have with only about 4 tables in the area. Our waitress(I can’t remember her name), was attentive the entire stay. Green Bean Crispers($ 4.50): Yum! We weren’t expecting much of green beans but this really hit the spot as an appetizer. Crispy battered green beans with lemon aioli. Must try! Triple Bacon Burger($ 10.99): Your typical cheeseburger loaded with bacon, like grillin in your backyard. Nothing amazing. Thai Shrimp Salad($ 11.49): Decent amount of shrimp(although i don’t think it was fresh shrimp, possibly frozen), over a bed of salad, edamame with chili lime vinaigrette and peanut sauce to top. I only used the peanut sauce. didn’t like the taste of the vinaigrette. Good portion.

This place and the two kids at the front, their hosts, are jokes. Just left the location refusing to give them my business. Come on, they stared at us like we walked into the wrong place. Don’t act like you’ve never seen Asians before. You’re located in freaking Alhambra. This ain’t even fine dining so I don’t know what they’re tripping about. Glad I had kids with me or else I would’ve been more vocal. Retrain your youngin’s.

GAWD this place is AWFUL. UGH — stay away from here! I came here out of sheer hunger, okay, we were hangry, which means this is the LAST place we should have went. The place was DEAD @ 430 pm, which should’ve been a sign — but we forged ahead to our own detriment. We sat in the bar, since that usually guarantees faster service. WRONG. The service was painfully slow. We ordered appetizers with the intention of ordering entrees. The service was so bad that we ended up concluding our experience after eating the sub par apps. The boneless wings were good but that was the extent of it. Now I see why it was dead during«happy hour». I have zero interest in returning.

Went there for happy hour after movie. I love the fact that it’s right in the Edward’s plaza and it’s great simply to grab something to eat after a movie and chat on. For the food, standard onion rings and wings and cocktails. The food and drink matches the price and service is good.

Went here to have dinner with friends tonight and it wasn’t that really good. The server that we had was really good tho I forgot his name. We had the two for $ 25. We had buffalo wings as our appetizers and we want it hot but it came out not that really hot. The quantity was good but the quality isn’t that good. With our entrée’s. We ordered the steak, shrimp and backribs. My friend ordered the steak a medium-well but it turned out not that great because it was so tough. Same thing with our backribs, it was also tough. We also had the strawberry lemonade which was okay for my taste. The worst thing about this place was when I asked a water on one of their server, because I’m really having a bad hiccups, I didn’t get my water until we get out of that place which really pissed me off. I think the good thing about this place is that they really have a good price offer with their food b

It took me 26 years to step foot into an Applebee’s. Now that I’ve been to Applebee’s, I can safely say that I will probably not return for another 26 years. The only reason I came in was because their 2 for $ 20 deal. And because it’s really close to where my boyfriend lives and we had no preference for anything this particular night. Service is quick and friendly even during peak hours so that is one thing that they are doing right. We started with their Artichoke and Spinach dip. I think this is something that is really hard to mess up and it was good here. The chips were a little over salted but nothing to really complain about. For our entrees, we ordered the Fiesta Lime Chicken and their Cedar Grilled Lemon Chicken. I actually thought the cedar grilled chicken was pretty good and somewhat healthy. It came with granny smith apple relish, lemon olive oil vinaigrette, cranberries, rice, and honey glazed pecans with quinoa. My boyfriend doesn’t even like quinoa but he ate this. It was a little salty and too sweet though. I really did not like the Fiesta Lime Chicken. It was basically chicken covered with cheap jack cheddar cheese and some sort of strange mexican ranch dressing. So salty and I barely ate any of it. I have to say the service was excellent even if the food was mediocre. My boyfriend actually forgot his credit card on the table, and our server chased us to give it to him. Kudos for that. I only wish the food was better. 2⁄5
