H&R Block

Very unprofessional! I set an appointment for 8 pm on Tuesday to get a second look. I get there and the tax professional said it’ll take her some time to do the second look and asked me to come back on Saturday at 11 am. At 10:30 am on Saturday, I get a call from H&R Block saying they have not finished the 2^nd look and for me to come back on Sunday between 1 to 2 pm. On Sunday, 1 pm, I call H&R Block before leaving my house and was told that the tax professional was having trouble with my return and couldn’t figure it out. The person then proceed to explain that they will have the manager look at the return but can’t get it to me until Monday! So basically they have held on to my return for 5 days and done nothing. Not one word of apology from the person I talked to. Clearly, they don’t know what customer service is. I am never coming back. I caution you against going to this branch.

I had to get my taxes done and came over to H&R Block. I called over to make an appointment and when we got there, we were immediately helped.
Tip: They have moved from the posted address to here: 349 E. Main Street, Ste 102, Alhambra, CA in the Ralph’s and Arby’s plaza near Chapel Avenue.
