Starbucks

According to a female barista here, ordering a black iced coffee is racist. She said, «coffee is coffee, you do not need to refer to it by color», based on the premises of her argument, it is wrong to refer to beverages by color. Adding the color in front of a beverage name makes it racist. Therefore, if you want coffee with no cream, just say you want coffee so she can try and figure out how much cream and sugar you want over all the noise just to make things complicated. Since it is wrong to refer to drinks by color, you shouldn’t order green tea or black tea by its correct name either. Next time you decide to order tea, just say tea and let her use her special mind reading powers to figure out which flavor you want.

Ugh. Usually this Starbucks is great but today they messed up my order and gave me a venti passion tango when i paid for the trenta then i got it fixed … But it taste so watered down its taste like sour dish water.

I went through the drive through and ordered my usual iced chai tea latte. I don’t typically go to this Starbucks but I went with my cousin and I regret it. My iced chai tea latte tasted like iced milk with a dash of cinnamon. I was extremely upset and didn’t end up drinking my drink. If I ever happen to come to this Starbucks ever again I will make sure to taste my drink before driving off from the drive through.

This is a nice place to have coffee and meet friends, but there is a drawback that some customers stay in the shop long time of more than two hours or more which made the coming in new customers find no seat to stay. The management should establish a rule to limit some Inconsiderate customer who occupied the seat long time and do not want to leave.

I like this Starbucks because it’s close to home for me and is on my way to work. I’ve come here though a couple of times though to do some work as well. It’s nice and peaceful if you’re lucky to get a seat inside but if there’s only outside seating, the older customers that come there usually play board games out there a bit loudly, so definitely don’t forget to bring your earphones to focus on your work.

Here’s a suggestion or (maybe it’s just common sense) how about you call out customers names on the cups so ppl aren’t either asking each other is that my drink or touching every single cup! It’s very unorganized @this location and it took almost 15mins to get my drink it wasn’t even busy. I can’t complain there was a lot of baristas behind the counter however they all seemed lost to put it nicely and I’ve seen at least 3 different baristas handling my drink alone REALLY? And that’s not even the worse part of my ordeal was getting my drink with whipped cream when CLEARLY the cup was marked WC with a line across it (check the photo I posted) meh.

they are so kind! i didn’t have enough for my second drink and i thought i had a rewards but it wouldnt show up on my phone and the cashier said it was on him i believe his name was chester!
the drinks were well prepared and not bland like other starbuck places around my area and the workers were very fast at preparing it too

I’ve had good coffee products here, but the sandwiches-​forgettaboutit! Other Sbux always get it right but here it’s either old leftovers or over cooked and can hardly eat any of it! Do yourself a favor & go to a different Sbux if you want a sandwich.

This Starbucks is so busy! Many high schoolers and older folks frequent this place. Smoking is not allowed 25ft from the entrance, yet there was endless smoking and vaping happening everywhere outside. Bathroom requires a code.

I dont really go to starbucks that much but when i do i just order the simple stuff. Problem is that they cant even get a simple order right. Like black iced coffee with LESS ice. I simply asked for less ice & its filled to the top in my tall drink… i dont know what else to say.

So let’s see, there’s really not much to say about Starbucks. But I do have to mention that this location definitely have some cute décor. I’m not sure about the other ones since I always go through the drive-​through but I do like that they have an out door sitting patio.
I order the tall black ice coffee with light ice, but unfortunately they didn’t put light ice. The ice was so pretty much the whole cup with a hint of coffee. That is why I gave it a 3 stars. I hope that they can really listen to their customers on their order, because I don’t think my order was that complicated.
Maybe next time I should try another location.

PARKING
Located next to Ono Hawaiian BBQ! They have a shared parking lot with the rest of the plaza. There are compact parking spaces so be careful and watch out for other cars. Some people don’t look at all.
INTERIOR/​EXTERIOR
Nothing particularly different that distinguishes it from the rest of the Starbucks. Come here for the peaceful coffee shop ambiance, soothing music, and fresh scent of coffee. They have several individual tables, but I personally like the bigger table. More tables outside, but sometimes there are smokers.
MENU
Mm, I’ve been really into the hot drinks due to the cooler weather. Green Tea Latte, White Chocolate Mocha, and Vanilla Latte are among my usual orders. Passion Tea Lemonade or Strawberry Refresher on a hot day!
SERVICE
Great crew — everyone is friendly. Service is always quick and drinks are always good. Shout out to Chester!
Overall, I like this Starbucks. They have wireless rings to charge your mobile devices and I always get my gift cards here!

Love Starbucks, staff through the drive thru are not always friendly and nice.

Five stars for the friendly service.
BUT. Two stars for drink making. Ordered a usual iced Caramel macchiato with soy and got basically half a cup full of caramel accompanied by a sugar high that I did not want going into a work day.
I would’ve told them to remake it if I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t notice it until I arrived at the office.

This is the most friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to. And I have been to quite a few. The one in Los Feliz is the worst unwelcome, uncomfortable, talk about attitude. OMG, is not just one employees there. Almost everyone in Los Feliz location. I love this one here. So warm and welcome, always love spending my money on places who welcome you with a beautiful greeting and an awesome service.

Barista spent about 5 minute explaining a gift card while a line of 7 peeps just waiting to order; MANAGER doesn’t say 1 word to open another register! Really lame-​ass management!

I have only been here 3 times.
They have a really nice feel in the store. Baristas are nothing more than welcoming to their guests. Always smiling and happy to help. Drinks are awesome and service is above and beyond.
Being a barista myself this is the place to go whenever I’m around the area. As paying customers it’s not just about the quality of the drink but the whole store experience once you step into their door. Awesome service and keep it up. Lily, J.C., Alice and Jerome have helped me and thus far gave me the best service.

Another day, another Starbucks.
The baristas here are friendly and they get your drinks out to you asap. No problems with them or the quality of their drinks but the clientele at this location really makes it one that I try to not go to if I can make it to another location. There are tons of people at this location so I would not recommend this location if you are planning to study unless you like A LOT of white noise that will seep through your noise-​cancelling headphones.
There seems to be tables around the shop but this location is so popular that it is hard to find seating. There is a bunch of space in the middle of the shop that could’ve been used to add more seating but that is now just wasted space for when they have long lines. Parking is OK since it is shared with the rest of the businesses in the plaza. To grab and go, I would recommend this location, like any other Starbucks location. But for a place to stay, I would look for another location.

A starbucks is a starbucks usually, but this one is pretty good in terms of seating.
The place is pretty open with one large family style table and about 4 small individual tables, with quite a bit of outdoor seating.
I drove around looking for a Starbucks to study at (I have a gold card and wanted my unlimited amount of iced coffee damn it!) and this one was open and had some available seating, which, if you have ever tried to study at a starbucks near finals, you know is no easy feat.
My iced coffee was ready in no time, just the way I like it.
Staff is friendly as well, store is also very clean.

This is probably the second Starbucks I frequent the most. Despite the parking here is abundant because of the shopping center, this Starbucks is always filled with people. I could understand if they’re students… which is yes, there are quite a few inside with their laptops… but, still I see a lot of non-​students just hanging out there. Doesn’t anybody work anymore in the San Gabriel Valley? haha.
There is always a line in this location. The baristas here are very friendly. They will take your order and your drink will usually be ready within five minutes or less. They are quite efficient despite people always being there. Yes, I have also seen a mix up a couple times where either there is a misunderstanding or somebody takes the wrong drinks. But again, this place is busy and these things are bound to happen.
Don’t plan on using their wifi here because it’s very slow. Also, I don’t recommend hanging out in this location because it’s too crowded, and people also smoke outside.
This location is perfect for to go orders because of the easy access from the street.
Anyhow, I like this location since I’m always around the area. It may not be the cleanest Starbucks, but at least the employees are nice, and gets your order done in a timely matter.
