Dunkin’ Donuts

I only go here for coffee. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. But you must go early in the morning for fresh coffee. Later, day 10:00 am, it tastes as if the coffee had been sitting on the burner.

The donuts are always fresh and if you go inside you can usually get pretty quick service, but forget about going through the drive through if you’re in any sort of a hurry because you’re going to be waiting a while. The hot chocolate and hot apple cider are both delicious though and it’s close to work so I’ll obviously keep coming hereA, I just really wish they were faster.

I really love this dunkin donuts location. The associates are always very friendly and the inside dining area is bright and clean. It’s probably the only dunkin donuts I’ve been in that is extremely nice inside.
I am a breakfast regular, turkey sausage and egg on a flatbread and a large black iced coffee is my go to! My coffee is always fresh and delicious and the breakfast sandwich is hot and fresh as well.
The only downside about this place is the drive-​thru. Sometimes it’s very quick and other times, you can be waiting 15 minutes to get your stuff. I guess it all depends on how busy they are. For that reason, I do have to deduct a star from the review.

I’m giving it 5 stars because A — they sell fresh donuts. B– it’s 18 degrees out and the coffee is HOT and C — they were super friendly!

We were so happy when this location opened. The store itself welcoming with lots of places to get comfortable and stay awhile. They offer free wifi. Unfortunately, every time I stop in, the donut display is 75% empty – no matter what time of the day. The counter staff is rude, and customers waiting to order are frequently ignored. Today’s visit will definitely be my last. My donuts were chucked into the bag with no dividers so everything became chocolate inside. The woman after me ordered an Oreo drink that was advertised on their sign outside as well as pictured on their window. The cashier told her that he didn’t know what she was talking about. The customer tried to explain what it was, and he eventually figured it out. After she left, the entire counter staff began talking loudly about what a «bitch» the woman had been. Everyone in the dining room could hear them. At least two families left in disgust before I did. It was completely inappropriate to be complaining and using foul language in front of other customers. I saw no point in complaining to the manager since it appeared everyone was in on the conversation. My mother has tried to contact corporate through the website, and never got a response. Maybe if they see complaints here, it will make a difference. My family won’t be back to this store.
