Starbucks

Love this place! This is one of the old school Starbucks where the seats are actually comfortable. Huge plus!
The customer service has always been friendly.

Consistent like all the others. Busy at times, but never a long wait. Nothing bad about this place, but also nothing to write about outstanding. God service, friendly staff

Friendliest staff. I go to many Starbucks and there are those that know my name and order and are very nice, but this is the Starbucks that makes me feel at home for about 3 hours a day. They are fun and efficient, full cups and big smiles.
They always make me (and others, but I’ll pretend it’s just me) like I am the «Norm» to their «Cheers».

Probably the best Starbucks in the country. I have been to several Starbucks NYC, Chicago, Florida, San Francisco, San Diego … This store truly has great people including Kathleen, Nathan, Tracy, Chow, Mo, Jad, Jodi, Sam, Sim, Brittany, Brianna, Ron … The entire team is great and they will put a smile on your face

Once again within a week I have been able to get my Starbucks half caff at this Starbucks and take it over to the one on La Paz and the 5 for a meeting. This is a reliable Starbucks that offers me what I want, I.e., customer service! They serve BREWED DECAF from the time they open in the morning. I have to take it to the other Starbucks because they don’t offer brewed decaf ever!
This location has friendly baristas and a manager who believes in giving customers what they want. Thank you soooo much!

The other Unilocalers aren’t messing around when they say that this starbucks is their favorite location. This location has AMPLE seating. A lot of people were getting some work done and doing some leisurely reading, with tables and chairs to spare. Not to mention, the space is kept decently clean. The layout is quite favorable as well, with half of the coffee shop designated for seating and the other half for the drink making — both divided by a wall. Besides that, I was delightfully surprised by the pleasant nature of the barista on duty. I wish I caught his name, but he has a well-​groomed mustache. Anyway, after a few sour experiences from my local starbucks on Antonio & Oso, I have little to no expectations for baristas at any starbucks or other coffee shops. It’s just always sweet when a worker exceeds your expectations with a good attitude and doesn’t make you feel bad about your order. So, there’s that.
Love this location! My venti light ice vanilla chai latte w/​4 pumps of cinnamon dulce and 4 pumps of vanilla was delicious. One of the best concoctions of my all time favorite.

This is my favorite location. They know my order by heart and everyone is always super friendly. Tall mustache guy (I forgot his name but he has a nickname for me and I love that!) is hilarious and makes it fun even when I’m tired and it’s too early in the day to deal with life. You guys rock

My favorite Starbucks location! Setting is great and so are the staff. Very helpful and informative whenever I want to switch things up and try a new drink.
I primarily go here to study. Lots of tables and power outlets, and they stay open late. But it’s a popular place to lounge and chat so come early and bring some earbuds.

This Starbucks is close to my work, so I frequent it a lot. It is still one of my favorite Starbucks. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the flow through the store is efficient (can’t say that about all Starbucks).

It honestly blows me away how nice the baristas are here. I’ve been here several times and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. The baristas are fast, friendly, and efficient. I usually would not Unilocal about something so common as a a Starbucks, but the baristas are so nice and thats what keeps me coming back so I felt I had to spread the word! Keep up the good work!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.
I stopped by for a couple drinks before heading out of town and the baristas were extremely rude. They were all having their own side conversations –with each other and/​or with other people– while you’d expect them to be focusing on the person right in front of them. The baristas were more focused on chatting up their friends. When my drinks were ready I practically had to climb over the counter to get a straw and sleeve. Unless you know one of the baristas working you won’t get the typical Starbucks quality service.

I come here every day, the staff here is my favorite of any Starbucks in the area. Always fast and friendly service! The line can get long in the morning of course but it does move quickly. If you order online using the starbucks app you can skip the line and go straight to pickup. The staff remembers my name and my order which is pretty cool considering how many customers they must get there!

I placed an online order for the skinny café mocha and a salted caramel café this morning. My Mocha was kind of watery and the Caramel tasted like Chocolate. For some reason the App orders are more iffey.

Usually, almost all the starbucks places I go to fill the cup with Ice. Literally. I take one sip and I’m left with a cup of ice. I get so sad.

Starbucks is great. I highly recommend an iced green tea latte with LIGHT ICE. It is sooo great. ⁵⁄₅ stars

When you say Best
This Starbucks is the Best in customer services, friendly employees and Best Coffee and great location. They have great food and lots of space to sit, even outside.

There’s a bunch of starbies within miles of each other but I choose this one, so be happy :) I used to have meetings in this area a lot and would always catch up on work in between the meetings at this starbies. There lounge area is awesomeness! So many seats and the wifi has always been fast.
The staff is super friendly too! Most of them are young college students but they aren’t the bitchy ones. I dropped my drink once cud I’m a klutz and the guy was super sweet and made me a new one without any tude or rolling his eyes. He was so sweet about it, very impressed!
They have always gotten my order right! That’s a major plus in my books! Super clean store too and what’s great is that the bathroom is clean too.
Will def stop by next time I’m in the area to get my coffee fix.

This location is perfect for travelers. Very easy off/​back on the freeway. Northbound exit La Paz, go left under freeway-​left at the light and its right in front of you. SB exit and you will see it in front of you.
Clean restrooms, quick service, good parking make this an easy choice.

A good one. I sometimes see my neighbors here and chat with them. Lots of places to sit, both inside the store and out. Visually, the store is highly appealing. Lines can get long; go early to avoid the lines. Or go later on, when the crowds thin out and there’s plenty of seats from which to choose. Discounts are given when you bring your own cup to use.
A plastic reusable cup is sold here for $ 1 currently, bring that in for usage and you get a discount on your beverage. The recycle container they have is cool. Very clean location. If you use the app enough, you get free refills on certain drinks. Customer service is good here. Paninis are tasty when warmed.

This Starbucks is huge, plenty of seats inside. I’ve been here a few times and service is so slow. The first time I came here was in the morning before work, an older lady took my order seemed to hate her job. No smile, no greet, nothing! and somewhat had an attitude…
I’d come here again, I just hope not to have the same employee take my order, it just ruins my morning. HAHA!
