I usually dont write bad reviews. I went there with my niece, and had ordered their 3 item lunch special menu samdwich with 2 slices of pizza for a picky 7 year old. And a small special garlic chicken pizza for me. We waited, no problem. After I was on my way home, i realized that the order was incomplete because the girl who helped us forgot to include the sandwich portion. Peeved, i called and she apologized, and I had to turn around and go back. In her defense she said I will give you a full sandwich instead bec of the inconvienece bec we dont live close. I went back, picked up the missing items and went home. After reading reviews I was hopeful. When I ate the speciality pizza, chicken garlic, it was meh, and the turkey sandwich also meh, with the cranberry sauce. The sandwich was soggy, mayo slapped on with cranberry/jellly, the pizza was cold and didnt taste what inexpected. $ 20 + and after all that, im not a fan. I increased the stars bec she apologized and tried to fix it. But, the stars are included in the food and her fixing the error. Or else it would have been a 1 – 2 max. If it wasnt for her sincere apology and stuff, it would have been 2. Im not sure if this place is a place for me with the quality of food. Maybe i ordered the wrong stuff, i dunno. But, what i ordered was supposed to be new items, and i wasnt impressed. I should have gone to another pizza place next to the movie theaters. Next time.

I just called Z-Pizza to place a delivery order. I called at 8:32PM. I was told they don’t deliver past 8:30PM, but if I picked up my order I would get $ 5 off. One star for AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE. Mind you, when I called the girl on the phone could hardly hear my voice through all my coughing and sneezing because I’m so sick… I told her the reason I was trying to get delivery was because I felt too sick to leave the house and I’d rather them keep the $ 5 if they could just bring me some food. She asked the manager and they wouldn’t budge. ZPizza, you’ve lost my business!

I used to order from them once a week. The food is good. The 1 star rating is because one of their employees who I’ve seen their for a year or two and that runs the register and delivers was a total $&@$&$@!. I ordered from them as I do often and about 30 – 45 mins later I heard a knock. I was up stairs and it took my about a minute to a minute and a half tops to get down stairs(was searching for my wallet) when I got down stairs no body was there. What? So i decided since I was now down stairs to take the opportunity to unload some stuff from my car in the driveway. About 10 mins later I see the dude flying down my residential street which horrified me. Now look I frankly don’t give a rats ass if people speed on roads and HWYS and freeways. I should but I don’t. In fact I think the limit should be raised 20mph to the actual speed people drive on the freeway. I once heard the governor of Oregon comment that he left the limits alone when pressured to raise them because studies have show that when a state raises the limit by 10 mph hundreds of more fatalities happen each year. My thought at that time was«So what». That’s who I am. Now I felt really bad about the idea of politely confronting him and asking him not to speed, but I did as gently and respectfully as I was able. I really don’t tell people what to do normally. Not my MO. The reason I did was Kids play on our street. They run out from behind parked cars and the ride their bikes on the sidewalks and zoom around to the other side of the street. There are gradual bends in the street since its a planned community creating a lot of blind spots. there’s also an intersection without stop signs or paint or anything, only 200 ft from my curb, which he zoomed by. Theres tons of homes on each side of the street and tons kids. .There are two schools a block in each direction from my house too. Basically the speed he was going would have made it impossible to stop if a kid popped out from behind a car and 50 ft of space or less was between them___period end of sentence. What I said to him was” look I speed often, I get it. but when I do it’s on a freeway or hwy you can’t speed on a residential block because there are kids and you could kill them”. He retorted«whatever man». Now that pissed me off. Because #1) knew this dude kinda well I order from Z’s all the time. I had been super cool to him in the past and tipped him 5 bucks each time he delivered to me. So maybe he could have said ok man I’ll be more careful. Or oops. Or sorry. Or my bad. But instead opted for recalcitrance. And #2…Actually forget #2 my first reason is good enough. So I said, «guy the money you earn hustling pizzas around the block all so that you can afford to smoke weed while you living at your parents house while pretending to be going to the local junior college but really you just drive over to 7⁄11 get a Slurppee and sleep in your car until you have to go to work isn’t worth the life of the child you could take» he looked at me with an expression on his face that said, «how the hell did you know that». Then he snapped out of it, wiped the drool from the corner of his mouth, and said ‚“buy your pizza somewhere else then”. And bailed out. So that left me with the horrible dilemma of having to decide wether it’s worth enjoying Z’s pizza if it means a child’s life maybe at risk as a result. Literally my enjoyment of pizza could one day be responsible for the ripping of a soul out of an innocent child. So because of that fact(and that I would have zero confidence that this stoner wouldn’t drop his junk in my pie before it left for my house every time he was on the clock.) So I decided to do the right thing and now don’t ever offer them my business. I do hope one day they will fire him so I can enjoy their delicious pizza again. But I have a very good feeling he’ll be living at moms, smoking pot, working there, dropping his junk the pies, and killing children with his car for a very very very long long time.

A little on the pricey side but we love their simple pepperoni pizza. We got adventurous awhile back and tried the carnitas pizza and sorry Z Pizza, we did not digg it! I am a pizza snob and frankly it was a little on the ‘shallow and pedantic’ side lol. Anyhoo EATPEPPERONIPIZZA because it’s what ninja turtles do.

I really do like zpizza. I don’t feel nasty and greasy after eating their food. My boyfriend chose to grab food from here last week and we knew it was a little on the pricey side, but it was a nice change from the regular fast food joints we usually go to when we go out. The nice thing was their lunch deal(which you can also have for dinner haha, they just didnt change the label). The deal is getting 3 items from their list for(I believe) $ 8.25, but with tax etc., it’s still under $ 10(I think), even when you add a drink for a dollar. Even so… it’s still a good deal for what you get. So what do you get for the deal? Well, you can choose from slices of pizza(whatever they have), salads(3 kinds) and ½ sandwiches(3 kinds as well I think). So you can choose a variety from those, like 3 pizza slices, or 2 slices and a salad, or a slice, ½ a sandwich and a salad… So I ordered 2 slices(pepperoni and a nice veggie) and their pear and gorgonzola salad(which I am a big fan of). The boyfriend ordered 3 slices, no surprise. The food was great and the week after I went back to order just their the large size of the pear and gorgonzola salad! It was so yum!

Z pizza is good! It is kind of expensive, but they have good, fresh ingredients. They have good gluten free crust, and good options to choose from.

I love thier pizzas! The Casablanca, Ham & Pinneapple, Napoli, ZBQ Chicken and THai CHicken are my faves. The people that work here are always really nice. Next time, I want to try their Rustica Flatbreads

Great pizza fast. That’s all you need to know. But for more detail continue reading. This is a family owned and operated pizza shop with a handful of locations across Southern California. I frequent this location because it’s just a few blocks from my house, but I’ve been to several other locations and the pizza and service are just as good. They use high quality ingredients, which is evident. The pizza is not greasy(e.g. cheap meat has high fat content which turns to grease when cooked), and the crust tastes like good crust should(cheap crust is made from highly bleached white flower where where the darker exterior of the grain is removed. It makes the pizza taste like cardboard!). Ever had Pizza Hut? Lastly, they use a roll-through oven(probably not the technical term… Any help here?) which allows them to cook the pizza quickly and consistently. When I call, they usually say 20 min. Just in time for dinner.

I have been a loyal Z Pizza customer for 5 years. The food is amazing and I love that they have Vegan options. On top of great food, the service is and always has been A+. I’ve been coming here more often recently and the pretty girl with dimples is so pleasant and helpful when I want to try something different. I will definitely keep coming back.

This place is in the Aliso Viejo Town Center near Subway, The Habit, and the soon-to-open Luna Grill. I’d never been here before despite living in the area for three years but then, lo and behold, a coupon showed up in my mailbox and I figured, «Let’s give it a shot.» 12 hours later we’ve ordered food to go from a young lady at the register who gives me the feeling she’d rather be anywhere else but behind the register at this zpizza location. 10 – 12 minutes after that a kind gentleman — maybe the manager or owner — gives us our food. The pizza and Garlic Parmesan thingies are hot and fresh — the salad looks delious. We go. We’re at home — we eat. Everything’s good! I sure liked it. Overall, I’d probably come back here eventually — but I wouldn’t make it a priority.

I rarely eat pizza, not because I don’t like it but because I don’t like it that much to stuff my face with so many calories and fat and stuff. But their business model works for me, their«good for you», «guilt free» pizza(this is my own loose translation) gets me to orders some now and then. The last time got a few slices for different people, including vegetarians who only had the cheese pizza slices. I like all of them enough to get over«not enough cheese or pepperoni slices» first impression. But that’s how you can keep the calories at bay, so I’ll OK that. Great for a quick, healthy enough meal on the run, but I’ll definitely try the pasta and sandwiches next time, didn’t even know they have so many options. Busy location, hard to find a seat or table, take it to go and enjoy it in your car or back at the office.

I ordered a half pepperoni, half Tuscan Take n Bake pizza. It was ready for pick up within 10 minutes. The restaurant itself is very small, with only maybe 4 tables for 4 people, but there is more seating outside in the courtyard area to the side of the strip mall it’s on Taking off two stars for : 1. Taste and texture: Dough was eh… could be better. I’m not sure if I left it in the oven a minute too long, even though I followed the instructions on the box. The dough was too hard, and not the slightly chewy texture you would find on hand tossed pizzas. Also, there were too many caramelized onions on the Tuscan pizza, it overwhelmed the other toppings. I had to scrape off most of the onions. 2. Price: $ 16 for a large pizza, aprox 12 slices, including tax. Too pricey for my budget, but a reviewer previously stated that if you sign up for their newsletters, you can get deals and coupons. I will try that. Awarding 3 stars for: 1. Variety: They have TONS of toppings, including my favorite: artichoke! 2. Convenience: I love the fact that you can order online, even take n bakes! This is super convenient for on the go Moms like me! 3. Service with a smile: The kids in there were super nice and friendly. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and my pizza was ready in a flash.

The pizza is ok IF they get your order right. The first time, no big issues and pizza was ok. 2nd time, the dough was actually raw and they had to send another… total 2 hours. 3rd time, my 10″ pizza was decent but Greek salad had no Greek olives which are the best part of a Greek salad. Grrrrr… eating my salad right now with a puss on.

This place is great. I’ve been here four or five times and it has really healthy options. The staff has always been friendly and never had a problem. The gentleman the delivers to our office named Hugo is extremely polite and is pleasant. I have no problems referring someone here and would recommend checking it out for lunch and dinner.

This location is amazing! The food is great and the service is better. They always arrive for delivery in half the projected time and the order is always correct and the food is hot! The only time they ever forgot anything was a side of ranch(not a big deal) and the delivery guy left and brought us ranch plus a free cookie! Keep up the good work zpizza!
