After a few visits from the first time they opened the food quality has greatly declined. They have left out items that were supposed to be on the plate in which I had to ask for! The recent experience was with the Reek Rueben which contains turkey, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and on rye bread. The bread was very small and looked to be toast bread that is typically served with breakfast entrees. There was literally one piece of lunchmeat turkey on the sandwich and was sloppily thrown together. If I have to pay six dollars for one slice of turkey I won’t eat there any longer. The worst part they never put the pickle and coleslaw that are supposed to be on the plate with the sandwich. I have given up on asking for things that are generally part of the dish. Their has been long waits for the food up to half-hour for breakfast. I have realized that they are busy for breakfast and sometimes waits will happen but not all the time. I have notice the lack of care with the food which kind of bothers me. The dishes are just pushed out without anyone making sure the things are right and edible. The fries have been burnt, omelets broken up in sections and ingredients improperly added. Listen, if your busy add some help or find a way to make sure the dishes are properly prepared. I had high hopes for this restaurant but have been let down. I will not pay for subpar food and lazy cooking practices.

Decent breakfast fare, service was a little slow. We sat for at least 5 minutes before the waitress greeted us. Had a scramble with bacon, ham, sausage, hash browns, onions, green pepper, cheddar cheese, toped with sausage gravy. It was just alright, a little light on the meat, and the hash browns had that weird chemical aftertaste you get pre-shredded hash browns. Coffee pretty good.

I was very disappointed this morning. I was a regular customer at Tina’s place. So I thought I will try out the new restaurant. I ordered a veggie omelet with egg whites no cheese. The waitress brought it to the table it had cheese on it. I sent it back. When I received the new one it was made with regular eggs. I told the waitress that it wasn’t what I want she said oh I’m sorry. People have health issues and that’s why I ordered it a certain way. The only reason I took it home is because I didn’t want to insult my mother who was paying the $ 40 bill. I’m sure the price I paid reflected the egg whites I never received the second time. The waitress was good but the cooks really need to read the tickets. The waitress had everything written on there correctly. I will not return. Which is sad because I love supporting my community.
